This page is to help spread the word on any BHFER rescue horses that are ready to find their forever homes. It is important to find homes for the ones who are ready so we can make room for others in need.

Cracker is a Quarterhorse that was born in 2001. He's a retired games horse and is being adopted out as a trail horse. He gets along with others and is low in the pecking order.

Willow is a very sweet mare that makes a great pasture pal. She does require 1/2 of a Prascend daily for Cushings.

ADOPTED!

CLOUD DANCER, MIni Gelding, DOB 2011 and SNICKERS, Mini Gelding, DOB 2008

Cloud Dancer & Snickers are father and son. In 2011 Snickers, along with many other horses and minis, were living in horrid conditions in a junkyard. The county became involved and the owner relinquished them to our rescue.

One of the mini mares, Glory, was pregnant by Snickers and their baby, Cloud Dancer, was born here. Once weaned, Glory was adopted and Cloud went to live with Snickers in an adoptive home where they lived for many years. Due to no fault of their own, they returned to the rescue and are available for adoption, together.
