Belmont County Cat Stray Shun The purpose of our organization is to spay and neuter stray cats in our community. We also provide a low cost spay/neuter program to those of low income.

We are proud to officially be responsible for the financial veterinary care of all cats and kittens Belmont County Cat Stray Shun was founded in April of 2011 and is a non profit - tax exempt organization. We have spay/neutered over 2000 cats in our community and they all have shelter and are being fed. We offer a low cost spay/neuter program to residents of Belmont County if they have taken in a

stray cat or if they need financial assistance. We have also found homes for over 200 kittens in the past two years for the Belmont County Animal Shelter. We love working in conjunction with them. We are always happy to have volunteers to trap strays or to foster kittens until they are ready to be adopted. Our goal is to alleviate the suffering of stray and feral cats in our community which will also stop the possibility of a child being injured.

A happy ending to a HORRIBLE situation. Gracie was thrown out of a moving car on the bridge in Bridgeport. Hanging on for her life. Her little paws were totally shredded. A big thank you to the Bridgeport police department for stopping traffic and rescuing her, New Horizon Animal Hospital for treating her, our dog warden, Brooke, and the entire staff at the Belmont county animal shelter for caring for her. A big thank you to the Davis family for adopting her and giving her a loving home, which she so deserves‼️

Cat Neuter $55.
Rabies is $18 and mandatory unless you have proof of a vax
Dog neuter $100.00+
Dog Spay $120. +
Transport fee $5.00
Community Cat Package - $46 MUST BE TRULY FERAL/wild. Package includes Spay/Neuter, Rabies vaccination, FVRCP vaccination, Flea prevention, Ear tip (REQUIRED)

IF YOUR cat had kittens and you want her spayed, wait till kittens are 6-8 weeks old and no longer nursing. A nursing female can still get pregnant again.
