This year, for a limited time, we will be offering a full-year payment option. This program will be available from January 2 to April 1, 2025. You can choose the frequency of appointments, and we will schedule the entire year.

Unfortunately, due to economic constraints, we are unable to revert to our previous pricing structure, instead we would like to express our appreciation for our loyal clients by offering a special incentive to mitigate some minor impacts our policies may cause you in the future.

This one-time payment covers all services for the year’s pre-scheduled appointments, providing exclusive benefits. These benefits include the flexibility to reschedule up to three appointments within 24 hours of check in, a one-time waiver for no-show appointments, and no additional fees for extended appointment times. By choosing this option, you can ensure your pets receive consistent care from the salon voted Best of the Basin in 2024, while also demonstrating our gratitude for your continued support and loyalty.

We are developing a comprehensive pricing sheet that will outline the exact costs for each service category based on weights.

In the meantime, we would like to inform you that we will be transitioning to an hourly billing system for all services. This means that if your pet's service lasts 45 minutes, you will be charged 75% of the hourly rate. Some dogs may require shorter or longer sessions, and our hourly rates are as follows:

0-4 weeks: $100/hr,
5-8 weeks: $127/hr,
and new clients: $140/hr.

Any services rendered outside of these scheduled bookings will also be charged at $140/hr. If you are unsure about the length of your pet's service, please contact us for a customized estimate.

We are implementing a new policy effective January 1, adjusting the price for grooms based on the interval between appointments. If you opt for a 4-week schedule, the price remains unchanged; however, if you prefer a 5 weeks or longer interval, the cost will increase substantially. We appreciate all of our customers and feel this is the best way for us to provide quality grooming services while remaining in line with our employee wage expectations.

Misty from nervous to adorable

Misty is so sweet, she starts the groom a bit nervous and shakes a bit, by the end she’s posing for the camera ☺️

PSA/Trigger warning: Puppy Crying This is an informational post to remind all of you that puppy’s don’t automatically know how to be groomed. Unfortunately at times they need to be a bit uncomfortable to learn they aren’t being hurt. Doodles cannot leave with wet heads, and we can’t groom them wet either. Because of this, we must train them that the dryer isn’t scary which takes time. This puppy is being held close to Kat as she dries his head on low speed and volicty. Followed by lots of love and encouragement Chevy will soon not be bothered the way he is currently. The recommendations for this puppy was to continue bringing him in for practice. We ask to see these types of puppies every 2-4 weeks in order to desensitize them. Chevy will be over this experience by the time he wakes up from his nap and because Kat made extra time to snuggle and love him after this, he will remember that. Puppies are so resilient, sometimes it just takes a little practice to be perfect.
