Well I guess we won't be vending at any shows this year. It wasn't a fire, but the heater didn't turn off and killed about half of my snakes including all my yearlings. At least I moved most of my adults to the new house but man that hurts.

Nothing crazy, just a Fire Pastel x Banana Black Pastel Pinstripe pairing. 7 nice big eggs though. Let's hope for some colorful combos. Start the clock!

Trying my hand at growing mealworms and super worms for the insectivores I may branch out to. Ball pythons are awesome and all but there's a ton of cool stuff out there. Preparation is a necessity for lasting success.

Time to try branching out from balls to other reptiles. I've always liked the grey banded kings and variable kings, so I picked up a variable pair. I'm still probably going to get into gargoyle geckos, but that will happen once I get a little more room to work with.

Nothing too special but still a clutch none the less. 1.0 black pastel banana pinstripe X 0.1 fire pastel. I didn't even bother to add the normal girl for 20 bucks. Maybe she'll make a good pet for a local needing company.

9 healthy hatchlibgs for a females first clutch is pretty good in my opinion.

1.0 Super Pastel Axanthix X 0.1 Pastel Mojave Enchi Calico.

I'm hoping for some cool acanthic stuff in the next couple years!

9 eggs for a first time girl. Yeah, I know they'll only make hets, but this sets a pretty decent lineup for the next couple years!

Super Pastel, sk axanthic x hypo

Most of the pastels I've seen are a little brighter and have deeper blacks. A friend says they look hypo but im thinking the true color will come with time. What do you think?

Decent turn out for only 3 eggs. The pairing was 1.0 banana, Black pastel, pinstripe x 0.1 super pastel, lesser, cinnamon. The banana pewter lesser pinstripe was not very cooperative for the photo lol. 2 out of 3 can be found on the morphmarket.

1.0 Black Paste, Banana, Pinstripe x 0.1 Lesser, Super Pastel, Cinnamon. Possibility of kinks if the black pastel and cinnamon land on the same animal but it looks okay so far!

I dont "plan" on breeding this girl, but we will see where the future takes us for the Blood pythons. Who knows, maybe we'll make nifty hybrids?
