15 1/2 years ago, and we are still here. Same groomers, same bathers. 15 years, same location,
same two people.. same two people accommodating our loyal customers as much as we possibly can. Coming in early ,staying late. Rarely telling you no when you want in last minute.. Getting 150 dogs in and out in one week.. hiring part time when needed the week of Thanksgiving and before Christmas, so your fur baby can look and smell great for the holidays. We work when we’re sick, we work when we ache , honestly Top Knotch Grooming is our home before our own home. We don’t complain , we just drink more caffeine. Why? It’s a choice , a career choice , a choice to love and care for your animals just like they are our own. ALWAYS putting their health and safety first, I pray for them daily before work each day. God is so so good!! I’ve seen some of you come and go, I’ve seen some of you NEVER step foot anywhere else. You have no idea how much that means to us. Anyone who comes and goes , we still love you . If you are looking for a cheaper price , I hope you never move to a bigger city , because we are cheap. I have overhead , prices have gone up, way up, on my supplies.. I pay more for your dog to get the best treatment and care, the best quality. We cry with you , we cry for you when you lose your sweet babies. It’s absolutely heart breaking for us , and at times it’s pretty unbearable to hear about the loss of you fur babies, especially the sad way some of them left you.. remember this when you’re price checking, you do get what you pay for in more ways than one. I will be here as long as I’m physically able to be here , I won’t let you down, Hailey Troy Kuehne won’t either. We are here to stay. We aren’t floating groomers. I’ve been meaning to make a post , so, when this popped up, I figured I’d go ahead and make my post.. That being said. I have more than one reason for posting. Maybe we felt we needed a pat on the back.. another reason I won’t comment on. For anyone who read this entire post , I’m looking for a part time experienced groomer .. if you’re like us, you may fit in nicely here. God bless you all. You know we love you.
