Hi, my names Addy! 🐶 I am a 1 year old bundle of joy looking for my paw-fect home. My silly personality, mismatched ears and love for snuggling will surely win you over! I am super sweet and friendly. I love people and other playful dogs. I would thrive in an active home that will play with me and take me on adventures. 🐾 My foster mom says I’m smart and I’m working hard on learning manners and basic obedience, but sometimes I can be a wild child. 🤪 I am crate trained and polishing up my potty training skills. I love a good nap and will beat you to the couch to steal your spot and soak up all the cuddles and belly rubs. I am the goodest girl and hope to make the perfect addition to your home. From the shelter ➡️ a foster home! Look at the difference! 🥹 Azalea found herself at risk for euthanasia due to the shelter being over capacity. Thanks to a foster stepping up we were able to save her. 🥰 She will be transported to Mount Carroll, IL on 1/24 and is available for adoption!

Timber Lake Playhouse kittens update! 🐈

Both boys, now named Barnaby + Clarence, were adopted together and are living their best lives in a loving home with other kitty siblings. ❤️

We named the female kitten Pumpkin, after Pumpkin Pie 🥧, since she was rescued on Thanksgiving and is as sweet as can be. She is available for adoption and would love a home with another cat to become besties with. 🐱 We will have a separate post for her with more information!

Orange and Juju (fka Honey and Maple) 🐱🐱 are celebrating their 1 year anniversary in their forever home!! Their family sent us updated pictures as they were just kittens when they were adopted and we had to share. All grown up now and still the best of friends, how adorable!! 😍🐈❤️ Thank you for adopting!!

Who remembers Todd?! 🐕 The sweet little pup we rescued last spring who was living under a trailer in Muscatine. He was adopted back in June by a wonderful family and has been thriving ever since! They decided he needed a friend and welcomed Mary into their home. 😍😍 Name a cuter duo!! ☺️

This past week we received a message from the sweetest group of ladies who are in town to perform at the Timber Lake Playhouse. They came across 3 stray kittens out in the freezing cold with no momma. 😢 They were able to bring them inside out of the cold and keep them safe with full bellies. 🥰 We picked them up on Thanksgiving and they are settling in at the rescue. They will see our vet on Wednesday as one has an injured leg. 💔 They still aren’t quite sure of humans, but we are slowly working on gaining their trust!

Thank you so much to the wonderful group of ladies for rescuing them and reaching out to us! Go see their show Winter Wonderettes at the Timber Lake Playhouse in Mount Carroll, IL from December 6-15! ❄️

Mary has arrived safely and as you can see has made herself right at home! 😂 We cannot say enough good things about this sweet girl, she’s as perfect as they come. ❤️

Mary loves everyone, especially other dogs and kids. She’s playful and submissive. She’s the perfect age and size at 6 months and 30lbs. She’s not overly hyper/jumpy like most puppies and she’s quiet. She’s great in the car and on a leash. She knows sit and is potty trained! 🙌🏼 & how about those ears?! 😍

Jade update!! Now known as Cleo 🐶

“Hey Mariah! I hope all is going well with you! Just wanted to give you an update! We did rename her Cleo! And her and Marley are getting along so so well together they are inseparable! 🥰 I hope you’re having a great weekend thank you again for letting us take home Cleo she is such a great companion we all fell in love with her the minute we brought her home!☺️”

We live for updates like these! So happy we have been able to find amazing, loving homes for all our rescues ❤️

To be loved - is to be changed. ❤️ We rescued this sweet little 6 month old pup from euthanasia thanks to amazing fosters stepping up! & look at her now 🥹 She even got to dress up for Halloween and go trick or treating!

Mary’s fosters rave about how wonderful she has been. She is sweet and playful, friendly with all and already mastering potty training. 🐶 She will transport to us in two short weeks and be available for adoption after her spay. She would love a yard to run around in or another playful dog/kiddo to grow up with!
