Here’s a first! An opossum in a attic! This guy has been entering the attic through a large hole in the soffit. He’s been getting onto the roof from tree that touches the roof line. Now that he’s out the attic will be sanitized and the soffit repaired. Mr. Opossum was sent to a heated barn to live out his days.

Evicted these trash pandas from a Clinton Township fireplace. We were able to use a holistic solution to make them leave on their own. Next we sanitized the fireplace and installed a new chimney cap!

Gotcha! Last 2 of 4 squirrels reeking havoc in our customers attic. Time for a snack and then relocation to one of our feeding properties. Next step attic cleanup/sanitation and repair.

Big guy scuffed up his arm/paw when he was caught in the attic trap. A little antiseptic spray before release to one of our feeding properties.
