Kyra and I started the year by taking a couple weeks off to rest and just enjoy each other's company. We quickly found out that the house was just waaay to quiet without a puppy so here we are back in full swing raising babies ❤️
Miss Gracie joined us for a 7 day stay to gain focus, learn her obedience commands and how to enjoy being calm. As an older puppy we had a few obstacles to overcome before her training really began. Due to her high intelligence and fast comprehension she was able to move through the program easily. This little girl is sweet, spicy and independent. We ready enjoyed working with her and her family.
Our boy Charlie joined us for boarding while his parents were away. It's always a pleasure to have him back at the homestead. Love you Charlie!
Little Dutchess is currently in my 7 day JumpStart program. She is also a fast learner and picking up our language easily. We're excited to see what she can do! ✨️

Little Peanut is wrapping up his 2 week Foundations and Manners training and returning back to his parents with a larger vocabulary and better obedience. Being a true poodle, he carries all the standard characteristics of the breed that must be recognized and worked with, not against. I couldn't be prouder of how far this little guy has come. We wish him all the best!

Charlie and Diesel joined us for boarding over the holidays. They are the best of buds. It was great to have them back on the homestead.

We will be starting the new year with Miss Bonnie, the Golden Doodle. Stay tuned for updates!

Peanut

Being an older puppy Peanut will be working on some bad habits he's picked up along the way while concurrently learning new rules, his obedience commands, proper bathroom habits ect.
We're happy to have him!

JoJo returned back to her family today a more mature and confident "pre-teen".
Working from the ground up, Jo had a lot to learn and she did an amazing job comprehending the material.
I'm sending a BIG shout out to Ky for teaching JoJo to be comfortable (and happy!) in new (sometimes scarry) environments.

Wrapping up 2024 we will be working with lil Peanut as well as babysitting some "old friends" 🫠

This sweet and sensitive gal is joining us for her foundations and manners training. I will be helping Jojo learn about how our world works, our language as well as building her engagement and confidence. This should be fun!

JumpStart 7 day Program- this program is beneficial for puppies 8 weeks-4 months old. During their stay they will learn housetraining using the bell system, remove p*e pad usage if applicable, kenneling, to sleep through the night, bite inhibition, eye contact, name recognition, recall, Sit, Down, Place, Stay, Off, Out, and introduced to leash walking. This is a great program for pet parents who have a base knowledge of puppy training but not a whole lot of time to put the material in to the dog.

2 Week Board and Train Program- 8 weeks-12 months Building off the JumpStart program your puppy will take on a total transformation growing both physically and mentally. I focus on impulse control, accountability, environmental neutrality, engagement and compliance, socialization, transportation manners, and handling issues. Additional weeks may be added on per request. This is my most common and popular program.

Private One on One Sessions- 8 weeks and older This program is beneficial for our adolescent and adult dogs who struggle with obedience and/or specific issues. During our sessions I am able to focus on target areas and work with both the pet parent and dog. The duration of sessions is usually an hour and a half. Pet parents schedule as many or few sessions as they need.

Boarding-Any baby that have completed a program is always welcome back for boarding. By default a refresher of commands will be given.

Puppy ReSet 7 day Program-This program is for babies who have come into a program and need an intense refresher on obedience and manners. I generally see this requested in the "teenager" stage of development.

Because I generally only take 1 or 2 puppies per program my schedule fills up fast. I will always do my best to get your puppy in as the gap from training to rehabilitation closes quickly. Schedule now to hold your reservation!

We're halfway there! I have been working diligently to help this little guy slow down, focus and think. Each day he becomes more comfortable being in a calm state of mind-which allows his sweet little personality to shine. 🌞 I am looking forward to a more mature responsive Maverick!

Little Remi joined us for a sleepover this weekend 🫠 She has been a great source of calm and confidence for Maverick to imprint off of. Thanks for your help Remi 😘

This may be a long shot but does anyone recognize this dog? I found her out on 2496 this morning. From what I understand she was back on 1798 by the baptist camp a couple days ago. She has a green collar with an airtag button but I don't have an iPhone
If you know her parents please let them know I have her. And no, she can't stay unfortunately.
