On those blustery days of January, the girls donned their best cold weather gear and ate lots of hay to keep warm. Eating roughage (hay) is one of the best ways horses generate body heat to stave off the cold during winter weather. Thanks to Janet for the photo!

was recently invited to make a presentation at the Vermont National Guard Military Family Community Network fall meeting at Norwich University along with many virtual participants. The theme for this quarterly meeting was "Holistic Therapies" and we spoke about our RRC Military Family Therapeutic Horsemanship Program.
