Our goal is to safely contain our customers pets with the best containment products on the market. We are an independent contractor, but we have been affiliated as
dealers with the top brands in the industry since 2000. We decided to break away from the business as many of you know as Transparent Pet Fence and the contractual restraints of the manufacturer's and their distributor's and go independent. What this means to the consumer is a greater choice in products for their pets safety. This also means we no longer have an established boundary to work, service and sell within. Lastly, and most importantly, being independent means we can save our customers up to 30% of the cost of a dealer installed dog fence with the same great results. Joe is terrific. We had a complex situation because we are on a lot of land with 8 dogs, most of whom are special needs. One is a starvation rescue, and one is a German shepherd behavioral rescue. Both requiring special attention. We had been at Invisible Fence, and they served our needs well until the company was taken over. We wanted a personal relationship instead of a corporate relationship. Joe took the extra time to understand our situation thoroughly and set us up both with adjustable receivers for the dogs, back up, lightning protectors, and back up transmitters. So, this was a fairly complex and large order. We are still working on the final configuration, but he has been more than helpful in terms of understanding our needs, the needs of each of the special rescues, and what the best solution is for them.
Although we are good friends of the former staff of Invisible Fence, it was the extra attention to detail and understanding of the specific needs that we have that caused us to be very loyal to Joe. You can basically think of us as a private animal rescue where we give forever homes instead of adopting out, provide veterinary services, and so forth. So, we are larger than the average customer. Joe could not have been more helpful and we are thankful to him.

“Never thought in a million years that our big and stubborn Pitbull, V, would EVER do good on an underground fence. BUT, The Dog Fence Guy came out and worked his magic on the 13th of this month (April 2024) and it seems to be doing the job!
It’s been a slow & steady process, but we are making fantastic progress!! Our boy is doing GREAT!
Don’t let those big and scary Pitbull’s scare you. Our boy was dropped down from a 30 to a 15 for training with his collar and that is “guinea pig” setting according to The Dog Fence Guy 😂😂
