Job Description
Wipe Your Paws is a dog grooming and dog daycare facility. As a front desk team member, your responsibilities will include extensive customer service and detailed data entry. The ideal candidate will jump at the chance to multi-tasking numerous details regarding customer’s dog behavior, health and schedule. This position would pose many challenges for those not able to juggle different projects within an ever changing time frame. Our customers have come to expect the highest level of professionalism when dealing with our staff.

We are located in Mt Kisco, NY. We are opening a second location in Yorktown Heights, NY. Anyone hired will train in Mt Kisco, NY and occasionally need to go to Yorktown Heights, NY.

Duties:

- Manage reservations and check-ins efficiently

- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars

- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and provide accurate information

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

- High functioning ability to multitask

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

- Impeccable data entry

- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly

- Work independently, i.e. self motivated

- Ability to work with and around dogs of all sizes

**Qualifications:**

- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience

Expected hours: No less than 37 per week

Dog Daycare Attendant - Previous Experience Required No Summer Employment

Looking for a part or full-time year-round doggie daycare attendant to join the Wipe Your Paws team in our upscale, busy doggie daycare located in Mount Kisco (with a new location opening soon in Yorktown. Any new hires will be trained in Mt Kisco).

Ideal candidate must:

LOVE DOGS
Be reliable and punctual
Be friendly, kind and patient
Be hardworking
Be able to communicate well with others

This position involves supervising a group of dogs of various sizes while they play in our crate-free daycare facility. The person hired will be responsible for walking, watching, feeding and cleaning up after the dogs that come to our facility. Doggie daycare supervisor is responsible for caring for dogs in daycare to create a safe, fun playing environment. Applicants must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds and be able to physically handle them.

Local candidates only. Must be 18 years of age.

Pay begins at $16.50/hour and up baded on experience plus tips after training period.
