Happy 2 year anniversary to Kimberly, one of our amazing Kennel Technicians at STAY! At Park West Vet. Time really does fly when you're having fun and creating an enjoyable boarding experience! Kim here has done an amazing job at making sure our boarding pups are comfortable and stress free during their staycations. Most often we hear people say "My dog was so excited when we pulled into the parking lot" and Kimberly is one of the reasons why!
We appreciate all of the care and hardwork Kimberly brings to STAY! At Park West Vet and are so excited to celebrate another year of her being here!

Every part of our physical exams includes an eye exam. Especially our goldens, we ensure they don't have something called iris cyst or uveal cysts, which can be linked to developing pigmentary uveitis and ultimately glaucoma. If you happen to see something that looks like a free-floating mass in your sweet Golden's eye, make sure to schedule an exam with your Vet as they may need to refer you to an ophthalmologist!

Thanksgiving is all about gratitude and tasty food, but not all the food we eat on Thanksgiving is safe for our furry family members.
Some SAFE treats from your annual feast would be: a small taste of plain turkey (no skin, no seasoning) or plain veggies like green beans and carrots (no seasoning, butter, onions or garlic)

Someone we are thankful for today is Cammie, our wonderful Veterinary Assistant who is celebrating her 3 year anniversary!
Cammie originally started next door at STAY! As a kennel technician but moved over as an assistant where she excelled in patient care, our lab and providing a comfortable space for our patients.
A fun fact about Cammie is she currently is in school to be a Licensed Veterinary Technician!
We love having Cammie on our team and can’t wait to be posting her as an LVT on her anniversary in a few years!

Exciting News! This week we got to celebrate the first year anniversary of our Technician Assistant, Brandon!
You may have seen Brandon when you came in for a Technician appointment. His knowledge and gentle approach to our patients ensures they are as comfortable as possible during their appointments. Not only is Brandon great with our patients, he is also a great team member who is always quick to jump in when someone needs help. We appreciate everything Brandon has brought to Park West Veterinary and can not wait for many more anniversaries!
