A day in the life of an animal welfare organization! Every day is completely different and provides new challenges. Some days are breezy and some days are like yesterday….
We received a call about 4 newborn kittens. Mama had stopped feeding them and the finder was devastated for them. We drove 20 min. And when we got there, we knew we needed to act fast. The kittens were barely moving, frozen, and wet. Into the shirt they went to try to warm them up and keep them alive on what seemed to be the longest drive.
We knew they had some fight in them. As we continued the drive to the fosters home, we started to feel wiggles and they were regaining some energy and we were regaining some hope for them.
Today, they are all eating, staying warm, and doing well. We are cautiously optimistic!

Yelly is about 11 months old and has spent 4 holidays with us- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and now Easter. She’s been receiving treatment since she came to us in November but is finally all better and ready for a forever home! She has done well with other cats and young kids. She is a little timid around dogs, but will likely warm up to a kitty-friendly dog.
Yelly is spayed, up to day on vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and she is microchipped! If you’d be interested in making Yelly a part of your family, her adoption fee is $110. You can find our adoption questionnaire at allgodscreaturesmp.org/adopt.
