So this is new for us, but we are making some Angoras available for their furever home. These boys are very friendly, out going, and fuzzy! We do not specialize in Angoras, so they are not as fluffy or long furred as some of the other lines out there. But they are adorable!

TGIF!

Our beautiful miracle nuggets are continuing to grow like crazy; just 20 days old now!

We have been quite lately. Just enjoying the summer here in Michigan, and enjoying our son's milestones with nearly crawling.

We are prepping for the fall shows - we'll be attending the MCBA NY/NE show near Erie, PA in September, and the MCBA WI chapter show West of Madison, WI in October! As we are prepping for show, we are making adjustments to who we are keeping and making available for furever homes. So keep your eyes out for some cuties 👀❤️

So this past Saturday, while we couldn't attend the MCBA Extraganza seminar, we helped deliver 2 live babies, and one who sadly didn't make it. But the two who made it are doing phenomenal 😍

Very excited to see how they grow up for the national and fall 2026 shows. They are an Ebony White male and female out of one of our MCBA National 2025 Mosaic Phase Champions and the moose of a Chinchilla, Ozzy! 💕

We were supposed to be attending the MCBA Extraganza today. However, barely an hour from our house last night, we had car issues and had to be towed home.

While disappointing, and probably going to be an expensive fix, I'm grateful we were home to be able to assist one of our Champion Ebony White females. 3 total babies; one breached that sadly didn't make it. But we have a healthy Ebony White male and female from our show lines to keep a close eye on.

For over twenty years, I've quietly stood by something I’ve observed time and time again under the microscope: that it is possible to identify recessive fur color carriers in Chinchillas through microscopic analysis. For just as long, I’ve faced intense skepticism and outright dismissal for speaking on it.

So imagine my excitement to see others in the community now exploring and validating these same findings, especially through demonstrations at events like the MCBA Educational Extravaganza. To those who once told me it couldn’t be done: come argue with the microscope.
