Thank you so much to our client for meeting us this afternoon to pick up their babies! Our "Mittens" and one of our Standard Gray males were successfully bonded a few weeks ago, and have gone home with their new family ❤️

"Mittens" was our first Chinchilla born in Michigan when we first moved here, and so excited to see him grow and going to be loved at his new home.

So the family has dropped some surprise plans on us, which means we'll be returning to Cleveland, OH this coming Saturday 8/31/24! We'll be able to deliver to Brunswick, OH as well this coming weekend!

A huge thank you to all of our clients who met us yesterday and today! These wonderful babies have all gone to their furever homes in Michigan and Ohio ❤️

We have another trip to Cleveland on Tuesday, 8/27/24, and we still have a few babies available and maybe few more coming available.

We are prepping for the fall MCBA shows in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, so as we evaluate for show, we will make some more available who will make wonderful additions to a new home ❤️

Our MCBA National 1st place Ebony White male, born 9/9/23, is still available as well. If he doesn't find a his furever home before the show season, we do plan on showing him at both MCBA shows in September and October. He comes from phenomenal lines, and his sisters are all National White Female Champions. He'd be amazing for a breeding herd or as someone's wonderful furry raptor.

Only a couple days away from our first Ohio loop of August! This Saturday (8/10), we'll be going to Columbus, Akron area, and the Cleveland area! We still have a couple handsome males waiting for their furever homes 🖤

We have also been weaning some other babies that will be available towards the end of August for our trip to Cleveland on Tuesday the 27th.

Our little prince void floof, "Mittens". Born, 12/28/23, this was our first chin born in Michigan. While he is out of our Grandshow Black Velvet, Freedom, and National 1st place Extra Dark Ebony, Raven, he isn't getting the size we are looking for in the next generation.

He's a very sweet boy and comfortable with hands and human contact. He also has the perfect grumpy face, as being dramatic does run in his family 😂

He is available now for a furever home 🥰

On Saturday, 8/10, we are making a big loop through Ohio again! 🚗. We'll be traveling from Mt Pleasant, MI down to Columbus to meet with a client getting another fur baby from us, and then making a trip up to Mogadore, OH to visit our favorite meat market, Dumas! From there, we'll cut back near Cleveland on our way home. It'll be a long day, but plenty of chances to meet us along the way for some amazing chinnies!

We have added one of our Show Quality breeding males to be available, as we are ready to find him a furever home. We have his babies growing up, littermate sister, parents, and plenty of other siblings and extended family! He is a very sweet Standard Gray male, born 11/8/22, so about a 1 ½ years old. He is 💯 for his rehoming fee to reflect his age.

We also are spotlighting our Black Velvet male, who just turned 1 years old this past week. Out of parents Davina and Odin, while he didn't get the size we hoped, he is out of our best Black Velvet lines that goes back to Shoots and our Best Standard Gray lines that go to Ryerson and Hummel lines. His uncle, Beta, is our Standard Gray Champion Male of show at MCBA Nationals 2023 👑 we've reduced him by 5️⃣0️⃣.

And we'll also be planning a Cleveland only trip at the end of August as well 🎉 We are hoping to find these babies their furever homes to make for the next generation of babies growing up from our National Show winners this past year, as some other adorable babies who will be weaning soon 💕

A huge thank you to our clients who met with us today to pick up "Willow Wisp". She has gone to be paired with "Tannis' Root", who is also from us.

"Grimm" (formerly Zenith) went to our friends at Poofy Friends Chinchilla Rescue as a furever baby! If you are ever looking for a rescue, we highly recommend them and CMA chinchilla rescue for rescue fur babies.

Still a long day ahead of us before we are home. Running circles around Central Ohio picking up new water bottles and 600lbs of dust. Now catching up with some family for dinner and the late night drive back to our home. 😴

🚨 It's another hot day in Michigan and Ohio. A constant reminder that during this time of year, appropriate temperature monitoring and control is paramount for your Chinchilla's health and safety. Failure to keep your Chinchilla cool or have emergency backup measures in place can cause your Chinchilla to have a headstroke and die. 🚨

Whenever you see a cute photo of a Chinchilla, imagine the dozens of photos that had to be deleted because the cute nut butts don't like to sit still 🤣 This is our Ebony White, Violet Carrier female out of Lilac (Violet Angora) and Fredrich (Ebony White, Violet and Angora Carrier). Still watching to see if she'll grow any tufts or longer fur to decide what we do with her. But she's a spoiled rotten and talkative 4 month old poop machine ❤️💩
