Our handsome boy with the birth injury went to his furever home this afternoon ❤️ We are so excited for his new family 🥰

We mean it when we say we'll always take our fur babies back, in the event of surrender or emergency.

One of our clients had to make a difficult decision to rehome their fur baby from us. However, being in North Carolina, that created some logistical difficulties getting "Iggy" back to us. Luckily, a wonderful transport crew was able to bring Iggy back up north, and he stayed overnight with the wonderful staff of Lambertville Veterinary Clinic. We are incredibly thankful for everyone's assistance.

On Wednesday, 12/11, we'll be heading to Columbus, OH with Eddy Chinchilla to help move some equipment and visit with the Shoots Chinchilla in Westerville!

We didn't get any little turkeys born on Thanksgiving, but a huge congratulations to Helya (Black Velvet) and Dapper (Ebony White) on their beautiful ToV Ebony White son and daughter born today 🥳 Their big sister Lagertha is one of our champion Ebony Whites.

Our friends Poofy Friends Chinchilla Rescue suffered an immense tragedy.

If you need to reach out to a reputable rescue in Southern Michigan, CMA chinchilla rescue is still operating.

Hello friends.

Just wanted to send a quick update.

All of the chinchillas are safe and settling into their new digs with our friends Mya and Chloe. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am for these two for all the help with getting all the chinnies safe and into a good long term solution.

At this time it's expected that we will not be back into our home until 10-12 months from now. So as of now the rescue is closed until further notice. Once the renovations are done and we can rebuild our lives, we will then assess the status of the rescue.

It's gonna take some time but we'll start over.

Thanks so much for the community for all the love and support. I will keep everyone updated but for now, it'll likely be a little quiet.

We won't be able to intake or board, but if you'd like to adopt, please reach out to CMA to discuss potential adoption. We could surely use some stable homes for those in the rescue.

A huge thank you to our clients who met with us today in Cleveland! One of our adorable Mosaics and a Black Velvet Ebony went to their furever homes!

Also, a huge thank you to Eddy Chinchilla for accompanying us today to help make this trip happen.

Our website is up to date, and we'll be working on some graphical and information changes over the next couple days.

We possibly may make a trip to Columbus in December, so keep an eye out or message us if interested!

Facebook is starting to flag posts, and punishments can be up to page removal. A post of ours was flagged earlier today.

Our website is up to date, and if ever curious, we will gladly get photos and videos of the chins.

Moving forward, we'll just be working on posting adorable photos of our chins and the ones at their furever homes. Some memes every now and then too ;)
