SUCH wonderful news! Little Milo (formerly Melody) is going Home for the Holidays!!

Milo was only 10 days old and suffering from infections when we rescued him. His eyelids were so badly swollen from illness that you couldn’t even see his eyes.

He was rushed to the vet, who prescribed a complicated regimen of eye drops and ointment (along with medications to treat the infection in his upper respiratory system). Getting the eye drops past his inflamed eyelids to his actual eyes was difficult and he had to go in daily for vet treatments.

We worried that we wouldn’t be able to save Milo’s sight in either eye, but with lots of persistence and medication, a occurred - the swelling slowly reduced and Milo’s eyes cleared up beautifully. He sees perfectly fine from both eyes!

He might have thought his life was as good as it could get, but he is going to find out it can get even BETTER in a forever home of his own.

Mika’s been !!

Fluff ball, Meka, was rescued as a newborn with her two littermates and mother cat. Meka has grown up to look a lot like mama. She charmed a sweet couple who have taken her and she’s already settled in.

A happy update ~ Midnight had been sickly and after many vet visits and testing, we suspected FIP. This is a deadly virus unless treated carefully and over a lengthy period of time, so we started her on medication and hoped for the best.

The medicine worked! These photos show her growth from a struggling, weak kitten to a healthy, lovely cat. Her adopter has been wonderful with her care and sent the last photo just recently to share how well Midnight is doing.

🚨The New Zealand Department of Conservation has opfficially added "feral" cats to their Predator Free 2050 targeted species - a list of introduced species they plan to KILL OFF by 2050.

Toffee is looking for a quiet, happy home 🏠 (Los Angeles)

A gorgeous girl of about 8 months old, Toffee will shine in a stable home environment. She is a sensitive soul and needs a gentle touch.

Toffee loooves other cats! She just melts into cuddles with every cat who will let her. She has even charmed some of her elders who don't usually appreciate being so close to other cats.

Toffee is the only kitten from her litter who hasn't been adopted and she deserves a family of her own! Please remember, especially during this season of spreading joy, to give the timid kitties a chance ~

More happy news ❣️

Princess waited a long time to be adopted. She sometimes hid from visitors...just like most cats would! 😲 That's not unfriendly behavior, it's just good instincts to be cautious of new people 👏.

Luckily, a wonderful family could see the bestfriend potential in Princess right away. She is having a blast and living her best life with them!

Another example that teaches us to give the shy cats a second look when searching for a kitty family member. Once they feel at home, they will open up and give you all the love in world.

This jolly little tabby has been adopted and is thriving with her family. We were calling her Taylor but her new humans picked the PERFECT name for her - Roo!

We rescued Roo as a little kitten after her front legs were mangled in a car engine. She’d climbed inside to find safety but found anything but.

Major surgeries months of recovery later, she’s adapted into a playful sweetie who gets around just fine in her own way. Watch till the end to see her jumping skills!

Flora is recovering slowly but surely after her sudden scary illness over the weekend that required surgery and hospitalization!

She has a big bandage, is on antibiotics, and needs to take it easy, but today her we were able to give her a little snuggle time with her kittens. They don’t understand that mamas can get sick. She’s still the biggest, strongest animal in the world in their eyes!
