These 3 small dogs were found as strays and were never claimed so they are now available for adoption. They are probably around 20 lbs and cute as could be!

We are closed Thursday - Sunday this week for court day and we will be open again Monday. If you are interested in any of these dogs, send us a message or give us a call to schedule a time to meet them!

They are cute and are bonded we are requiring they stay together. They both are very shy these dogs need worked with they have issues with trust but once they warm up to you they are very sweet. And they will be available Thursday for adoption but will need to be neutered before they are able to go home.

🐾 Why Microchipping Matters! 🐾
Lately, we’ve been getting a lot of calls about dogs running at large. Sadly, that often means a trip to the shelter—and even a short stay can lead to trouble. A dog who isn’t fully vaccinated could get sick or bring something contagious into the shelter.
But yesterday, we had the best possible outcome! 🙌
The dog we found was microchipped! We scanned the chip, contacted the owner, and got that pup back home safe and sound. ❤️
This is exactly why we always stress the importance of microchipping your pets. It’s quick, affordable, and it truly makes all the difference when your furry friend gets lost.

We want to thank our great shelter supporters! We are so appreciative of the kindness shown toward the Montgomery County Animal Shelter with these water hose connections, which will definitely come in handy and the slip leashes. Oh my gosh we needed them so bad. These will help with getting our dogs out and also feeding buckets coming our way. Thank you Erin Charles, Michaela Gibbs and Sydney Pozzuto!!

This is Taco and Tico they came in together. Chihuahua mix , taco is a little bigger than Tico and they will be up for adoption on the 16th which is Thursday. If you are interested in a small dog as a companion, these two dogs would be great. They don’t have to be adopted together. They did come in together, but they can be adopted separately. Precious is a sweet girl who was found as a stray. Her name wasn’t by accident, she is really the most precious thing. She arrived here scared and nervous, but has adapted really well and is now a happy girl!

She absolutely loves attention and is one of those types of dogs that LOVES people. She would love to find a person of her very own!

She does well with other dogs and is already spayed and ready to go! She is still a pup, and probably around 20 lbs.
