Now that the piggies are trained, it’s about time to start their rotation in the woods.

Sometimes I forget to slow down and hold her little hand, walk to check animals instead of drive, not to rush and “get it done.”
When the farm grew from a homestead to a full scale business with a dozen employees and year round sales, it’s taken conscious effort to slow down. With her older sisters now in their teens years, it’s easy to feel how fast it goes. Slow it down today, walk the fields or your neighborhood, drive the long way home. Happy Sunday, y’all.

10 years of Evans Family Farm! From a few chickens in a small shelter, to bigger moveable shelters that can each hold 100. We still raise animals the way we always have on pasture. Thank you for growing with us every step of the way.
Chicken is restocked for market this weekend too!
