Thank you for spreading the word about our free grooming services. We are thrilled to report that our free giveaway has reached maximum capacity for the rest of the month. To date, we have provided 21 free grooms to those in need. A heartwarming example is that of a kind elderly lady who was recently placed on hospice care and had to temporarily reside in an assisted living facility due to therapy, leading to a reduction in household income and significant depletion of savings. We were delighted to have been able to contribute, albeit in a small way. Additionally, we are organizing a complimentary vaccination clinic in March, offering rabies vaccinations, microchipping, and all vaccinations, and will be announcing the date soon. 100 percent FREE

Please be aware that it is currently coyote breeding season, during which they exhibit increased aggression and activity. As a result, sightings are more likely, particularly near creek beds or railroad tracks. We advise small to medium dog owners and cat owners to exercise heightened vigilance over their pets, especially during evening and early morning hours.

Jimmy is utilizing his backhoe to clear the ice from our expansive parking lot. In addition to being a certified master groomer, Jimmy is also a certified heavy equipment operator; however, his passion for grooming and dogs will likely keep him in the grooming profession indefinitely.

Today was a bustling day at our grooming shop. We make a conscious effort to manage our workload to ensure the highest standards of quality. Our goal is to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients, rather than focusing solely on financial gain. We take pride in our stable staff, with no constant turnover of employees. Our shop has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with toys and children present. Family is at the heart of our business, and we cherish having our children with us at work. Today's grooming clients included a diverse range of breeds, such as a Jack Russell mix, an English Bulldog, two Miniature Poodles, two Bernese Mountain dogs, two large Doodles, a Black Russian Terrier, a small Doodle, two Australian Shepherds, and a lovely older Corgi.

Our weekend at the Edwardsville Kennel Club was distinguished by several notable achievements, including hand-stripping a Spinoni Italiani for a client who secured wins under esteemed AKC judges Debbie L Melgreen and Mr. Robert E Hutton on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. The Spinoni Italiani, competing within the sporting ring, falls under one of the seven groups established by the AKC. Also, we groomed a Cavalier King Charles for client Arista Partiss, leading to victories on both days under respected judges Timothy Catterson and Eugene Blake. In the working breeds category, our Great Dane Vigo achieved a double win under esteemed judges Robert L Vandiver and Harry H Schulman. Jimmy's poodle, sporting a Continental clip, is expected to compete again soon. Freddie's incredible journey to earning his championship has left us in awe. He has proven to be a shining example of determination and perseverance. From his long journey as a puppy all the way from Germany to winning big as a top show dog We are honored to have had him with us here at Poodles To Hounds, LLC and witness his growth and success.
