Wrapping up canning season this weekend! It’s such an amazing feeling to be done. I, Rose, have stepped back a lot this season. Allowing, Stan, to shine and decided what crazy experiments we shall try this year. Today, we are making cranberry juice (something new and exciting) and applesauce. Then we will put everything away, clean out the fridge, and reclaim our kitchen. Now get some R&R and start planning next year.

We also did 6 pints of green beans today since the pressure canner was out. Still have a bunch to process for next weekend.
