WEST END OF YAUGER ROAD CLOSED MONDAY (1/13) - THURSDAY (1/16) DURING WORK HOURS - Columbia Gas service crews will close down Yauger Road from Vernonview Drive to the Credit Union. Detour is Woodlake Trail, which connects Yauger to Coshocton Ave near Arby's. Please plan accordingly. Thank you! - Team HVC 🐾

Columbia Gas is working on an emergency replacement in Mt. Vernon.

To safely complete this work, service crews will need to close down Yauger Road from Vernonview Drive to the Credit Union.

This would take place during work hours Monday (1/13) – Thursday (1/16), weather depending.

Traffic/detour plan attached. Thank you in advance.

Meet “Luca,” a 1-2 year old mixed breed that was recently rescued from a county shelter. He had a fractured and dislocated elbow injury, which resulted in chronic pain and minimal use of the leg. Luca was adopted by a loving family and brought to Hillside. After Dr. Dubusky examined the happy head, x-rayed the leg, and consulted with an orthopedic surgeon, it was determined that there was no viable corrective surgical option. The elbow injury was too old and too severe. Amputation of the right front leg was the best solution. The video is less than 24 hours after Dr. Dubusky amputated the leg. We added a couple pictures in the comments below. When we called the owner on day two, Luca was doing very well, and they were having a hard time keeping him quiet! Although this handsome young boy lost a leg, he has found his furever home, will no longer be in pain, and will have an excellent prognosis on three wheels! #rescue #fureverhome #welovetripods #lovingexpertcare 🐶🐾🤎
