Once again, Dr. Dubusky assisted Mr. Steve Farmer at Mt. Vernon High School with a hands-on cytology lab for three anatomy and physiology classes. With the cooperation of our blood donors, students were able to make blood smears, prepare slides, and identify red blood cells, platelets, and different types of white blood cells. The blood donors this year were all staff pets…Kipper, Pebbles, and Charlie.
