We are so very thankful for all of you that have shared blessings and contributions to our community.
JCEAA is not ceasing donations - we have shifted to accepting fencing supplies, hay and monetary donations to continue our commitment to helping farmers and producers recover from Helene. As a volunteer organization with our board & members having full-time work commitments, we are adjusting our local pickup hours to Tuesdays 4-7pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.

JCEAA is striving to be flexible and helpful as everyone moves towards a new normal.

We are so thankful for our JCEAA members and community that are helping connect resources to affected individuals.

Thank you Cody Osborne for connecting these resources to our community, to Jeremy and Kadie Doggett and their kids for traveling to Johnson County and delivering much needed fencing and supplies. Thank you to the Giles County Cattlemen’s Association, Walls Lumber, Tennessee Valley Co-op, Home Depot, Richland FFA members and Generous Individual donors!!!! Your kindness and generosity is much appreciated and will be a blessing to many of our farmers.

Tony Randazzo has announced his resignation and separation from JCEAA. We are appreciative of all his efforts and time. Our organization will continue on with serving the needs of our community and fostering learning opportunities for youth and adults alike.

In the coming weeks, we envision a voucher program that shifts our assistance from receiving physical donations of goods to long-term help for both farmers and local small businesses.
Many of our local farm/feed/seed supply stores are now cleaned up and able to receive their regular shipments of supplies. They have created and supported agricultural growth in our communities for years. We hope that you will join us and support their recovery as well as provide for local farmers and producers in the coming months. 💚💛💙🤍

Hurricane Helene brought destruction and devastation to the Appalachian region. The outpouring of love and support has touched families near and far. Anyone in the Equine or Ag life knows, it's a small world but one that we are blessed to be a part of.

Many people have been asking "how can we help" and "where can we donate". The Johnson County Equine and Agriculture Association is a 501c3 organization located in Johnson County, Tennessee. We will be collecting donations and connecting donors/donations and resources to our local farmers and producers.

Any donations of physical goods - livestock, equine and agricultural related items (fencing, etc.) can contact Celena Moore 423-797-0898 or Karla Arnold 423-291-2075 or email [email protected] to coordinate drop offs and pick ups in Mountain City, TN area.

We are currently working on an avenue for monetary donations and will update this post once we have that in place.

Unfortunately we will be canceling our trial challenge scheduled for Saturday, October 5th. Our thoughts and prayers are with our family, friends and our communities that have been devastated by Hurricane Helene.
