We have to put a policy in place due to having issues with no shows here recently. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charge 25% of their groom and if you rebook that 25% will go towards your next groom. No shows will be charge 50% of their groom and will be charged full groom price next time. Please keep in mind we aren’t paid hourly so we rely on our dogs to be here in order to pay our bills. We both have families we are just trying to provide for! Thank you for understanding and we hope everyone has a pawtastic week!!🐾💙
