(Not pertaining to today’s weather.)

Effective December 6, 2021:

No call/no show and cancellations of less than 24 hours, will have a rebooking fee of $35 per dog in order to reschedule your appointment.

This fee must be paid at the time of booking via credit card or e-transfer.

We know it's "dog gone" frustrating, but we gotta keep the lights on. 🙃

We understand that emergencies arise and this will be taken into consideration.
