ATTENTION:
As the summer approaches we are booking up fast. So we needed to set a few guidelines so that we can continue to give your fur babies the care & attention they deserve.
1. Please be on time for your appointment, if you arrive early that does NOT mean they will be done early.
2. We will not rush our grooms, if you are looking for a quickie groom we are not for you. We pride ourselves on quality grooming to give your dog the best experience✨ We will contact you when your dog is ready, please do not arrive before you are contacted.
3. Due to the busy season, if you need to reschedule an appointment please try to give us at least 24hrs notice so that we can give that spot to someone on our waiting list.
4. For the safety of the dogs, please DO NOT open the back gate, ring the doorbell. We will come out as soon as we can, we have dogs on our tables so it might take a bit.
5. As always we do require that your dog is current on all vaccinations & Kennel cough (bordatella) they also must be current on flea & tick medication (if your dog has fleas, please reschedule until they are flea free to ensure the protection of all the other dogs.)
