🐾To our awesome Spotted Dog clients,
We are implementing a few new guidelines beginning August 15th.
Please read the following information regarding pricing, pick up and drop off instructions, payment, and general information regarding appointments and pet requirements.
Due to the continuing rise in cost of living, gas, bills, grooming equipment and products etc we will be implementing new pricing.
This has not been an easy decision to make as we know many are struggling with the general cost of living. Price increases will begin August 15th, 2023. They are as follows:
* small dogs: $45 (groom), $35 (tidy)
$25 (bath) +TAX
* medium dogs: $60 (groom), $45(tidy)
$35 (bath)+TAX
*large dogs: $75 (groom), $55(tidy)
$40(bath)+TAX
All services include Bath, Nails, and Ear Cleaning. Pricing may vary based on temperament, coat type, and condition.
Payments:
Payment is due at pick up.
We have been having some issues with checks but if you must write a check, it MUST be made out to YOUR GROOMER.
Due to our growing number of clients there are a few rules regarding appointments that we have had to implement because of time and space.
As Always, you must verify your dog’s vaccinations. (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and kennel cough)(Bordatella) at the time of your visit. ALL dogs must be up to date on flea and tick preventative. If live fleas are found on your dog there will be an added charge to your groom.
Unless arrangements have been made, dogs need to be picked up within ONE HOUR of being contacted that they are ready to go.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you must reschedule or wait until your next scheduled appointment.
When dropping off or picking up
PLEASE *DO NOT* OPEN THE GATE
PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL
And please BE PATIENT as we are all actively bathing and grooming. It may be a few minutes but we will get to you ASAP.
Nail trims ONLY will continue to be on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:00
This will be done only if your dog is cooperative. If not you must schedule with your vet. Pricing is as follows:
*SMALL DOGS-$15
*LARGE DOGS-$20
A**l glands have always been done if requested. Please be aware that a**l glands are an internal part of your pet. We DO NOT do internal expression. If your dog has any issues with a**l glands, this is a concern for your VET. We encourage you to always communicate with your vet about what is best for your dog.
We know that this is a lot of information and that price increases can be frustrating, but we want to be able to continue to serve you and your fur babies the best we can.
