When you're shopping around for a trainer and want to know their monthly price, for training, just remember what all it should include.

-boarding
-daily maintenance and dog care
-daily kennel cleaning(s)
-daily kennel sterilizing
-free vet runs (when needed)
-all of our dogs get a bath a month
-facility up keep
-trailer up keep
-chemicals for cleaning
-equipment maintenance
-equipment replacement
-paid bird throwers
-paid weekend help
-paid help when traveling to tests
-shot record upkeep
-grounds up keep (mowing, spraying, bushhogging, filling in holes and other potential dangers in fields)
-constant communication with owners
-dog food costs
-daily feeding
-kennel climate control
-bird costs
-summer heat management
-pumping water in ponds in dry season
-dog safety and security
-water, electric, gas billsTRAINING!

The reputable trainers, in the country, got a lot on their plate. Not to mention the stress of doing their best to get the best results for their owners.

Cheaper could get you by, but cheaper might also cost you more than that monthly rate!

It’s been a stressful weekend “waiting” bc we saw on Friday night that my scan had a “lesion”…..here is what we know:

The brain 🧠 scan showed a 1CM lesion on the pituitary gland so a Brain CT has now been requested to assess the mineralization of the lesion. Good News is My oncologist conferred with the radiologist and they said it is not Breast Cancer Related 🙌🏻
A Neurosurgeon will be consulted and keep an eye on it moving forward and see what the next step is if any that is on my next Duke visit that is scheduled for 3/12. As always, thank you so much for the prayers, encouragement, and kind words 🙏🏻🫶🏻❤️✝️
