Hi!
My name is Betty Boop. I'm a very deserving senior lady that needs love and fostering.
It seems that my owner passed away and then someone tried throwing me away at Carter Park in Mulberry, Fl. A kind man scooped me up and gave me the nicest bath because I was loaded with fleas. My travels then took me to Christina Animal Hospital where everyone opened up their arms to me with much kindness. They tried very very hard to find someone who might know me. After many hang ups and exhausted resources , Im still here after several weeks. In that time, I have been cared for, given all my necessary vaccines and preventatives. I'm on antibiotics because of a skin condition from all those flea bites.
I am a good girl, and even for an "older lady" ( 10 1/2 years) I sit like a princess for treats. I have never pottied in my kennel, and keep myself busy with toys. I can get reactive with larger dogs, but Im a good listener, and trying very hard.
Please consider me for foster or adoption. I would be a very easy, lovely friend for the time I have left. I deserved so much better than being dumped in a park, scared and alone.
