UPDATE FROM CINDY PEARMAN‼️

“CLOSING NOTICE! 93 Pet Resort formerly known as KoKo's Palace for Pampered Pets will close it's doors April 30th. Previously Kristen & Clayton Hassett were going to take over May 6th, but they have decided with Kristen helping with the ranch work and the long commute she had each day, they are NOT going forward with their new adventure. If I were 30 years younger or even 10 years younger,I would be down there myself, but life happens! If anyone has any good ideas send them to me on messenger!

‼️Please read‼️

This is not a post that I ever wanted to nor thought that I would ever have to make, but after a lot of time, thought, discussion & tears I need to announce that due to personal reasons April 30th will be the last day of business for 93 Co. Pet Resort & I will be permanently closed for business. I appreciate everyone’s support & love over the last 2.5 years, I have loved every minute of spoiling all of your fur babies. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for anyone, and again I am so thankful for each of you. I have some grooming appointments available over the next few weeks for anyone wanting to get in before I close, as well as boarding availability. Thank you for trusting me with your pets the last few years.

It’s that time of year again! With the weather getting nice again, most of your fur babies are going to be blowing their winter coats… I know mine are🤣 getting them in for a good haircut, deshed, or whatever your dog may need is important to help decrease coat impactions & matting which can be extremely uncomfortable for your dog, even causing skin issues in some cases. I start booking up quickly this time of year as the weather starts changing, so message or call me to set up your appointment to make sure your fur baby is feeling their best!

Sunday 12/24: 6:30-8am, 12-1pm, 3:30-4:30pm

Monday 12/25: NO drop-offs or pick-ups

Sunday 12/31: 6:30-8am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm

Monday 1/1: 6:30-8am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm

As I am sure many of you pet parents are aware, there is a new respiratory virus spreading its way around the US. As far as I am aware, there are no reported cases in Nebraska. However we are still taking extra precautions with our disinfecting and cleaning as we have ALWAYS done.

Just a reminder that for ALL dogs that come into the facility, boarding OR grooming, I will need a copy of vaccine records for the following vaccines- NO EXCEPTIONS:
-Rabies
-Distemper/parvo (often times called a combination vaccine)
-bordatella (kennel cough) MUST HAVE

I will also be requiring EVERY owner to sign an updated liability waiver, regardless if you have previously signed one.

If you refuse to sign a waiver or refuse to have your dog vaccinated with any of these vaccines, we will refuse boarding, grooming & daycare services.

Christmas has arrived here at 93 Co. Pet Resort! Just a reminder when Christmas shopping for your fur babies to shop local! 😊 We are fully stocked on toys, treats, collars, beds and all sorts of Christmas goodies (ornaments, stockings, gift bags, etc.)🎄🎅🏻

Be sure to get your holiday boarding booked early! And please join us for the Christmas walkabout on December 8th, we will be here until 6pm with a couple drawings and goodies for pets & owners😉

Just a reminder that Thanksgiving is next week! Make sure to get your boarding requests in & don’t wait until the last minute.. we are filling up quickly! I will also post our hours for pick-ups and drop-offs on Thanksgiving weekend below.

Thursday the 23rd: NO daycare, drop-offs or pick-ups… don’t worry, there will still be someone here taking care of your fur babies😉

Just wanted to hop on here and put a few friendly reminders & answer commonly asked questions for all of my amazing clients!
🐾Our hours are:
Monday- Friday: 6am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6-8:30am, 12-1pm & 3:30-5pm
Please be respectful of these hours & if unable to pickup by 5pm, let us know, we will allow a 15 minute grace period. After that your dog(s) will be boarded at your expense.
🐾We only take payment by CHECK or CASH.
🐾Unless otherwise discussed with me, please pay UPON PICKUP. It saves me a lot of time not having to chase everyone down for payments😉
🐾I would prefer if everyone would message/call/text the business phone number 308-546-7303 or page as opposed to my personal page and number. If I am gone for any reason, you will be able to get a more prompt response.
🐾Along the same lines, if you do message/text/call outside of business hours, do not expect a response until business hours resume.
🐾As you know, prices increased last October, I will always do my best to keep prices as reasonable & fair as I can for my clients, but as you all know the prices of everything have increased (supplies, cost of living, etc.). This is my main source of income and I have to be able to make a living as well during this time of increased costs. There is a potential prices will increase in the future, but again, I will try to keep it as reasonable and fair as possible.

Sorry for the long post, but just wanted to touch on some commonly asked questions! I love being able to care for your pets as my job, but just ask that everyone understand that this job is very long hours, 7 days a week… everyone needs some personal time to unwind & relax, so that is why I am setting these boundaries with business hours. Thanks again for all of the support & trusting me with your fur babies!🥰

❗️❗️❗️I have an approx. 4 year old spayed female German Shepard looking for a new home. She is up to date on all shots, has had training and listens to basic commands well. She is potty trained and used to being an indoor dog. She gets along well with other dogs & is very sweet, unfortunately her owner passed away and she needs a new home to love her. She will only be going to a home that will fit her needs & treat her well. Please PM me if interested!!!

Does anyone around Mullen happen to have any Vitamin K? I have a client with a pup who got into some rat poison. The vet recommended Vitamin K, but with the weather right now and not having a vet in town they are having trouble locating any. if you have any & would be willing to help them out please PM me!! Just a few quick announcements coming into the holiday season!
🐾 We are booking up quickly with grooms leading into the holidays, so if you want to have your fur baby looking their best be sure to plan ahead and get an appointment booked!
🐾 Don’t wait until the last minute to schedule your holiday boarding as we are also filling spots quickly on that front.
🐾 when making thanksgiving plans, just know that I will be up here throughout the day on Thanksgiving to make sure all of the pups are taken care of, but will not be accepting drop-offs or pick-ups on Thanksgiving Day itself.
🐾 Lastly, I will be closed December 2nd through December 7th. All dogs will need to be picked up by 5PM on December 1st & we will resume normal hours on December 8th. Sorry for any inconvenience!

This policy will be in place to make sure that I can stay on schedule for the rest of my appointments, as it is not fair to ask my other clients push their appointment times back. Thank you! 🐾
