Meet Bubs, the sweetest, roly-poly bundle of joy! 🐾 This adorable terrier mix was found abandoned, and we’re hoping to find him the perfect forever home or a foster family that can give him all the love he deserves. 💕

🐾 50 lbs of snuggles and playfulness
🐾 Black with a cute white chest 🖤🤍
🐾 Around 1 year old, intact male terrier mix
🐾 Vaccinated, heartworm & f***l tested, nails trimmed—he was a champ at the vet! 🏥
🐾 Super sweet and loves to cuddle 🥰
🐾 Most likely housetrained
🐾 Very food-motivated and loves to learn!
🐾 He does jump, so he would do best in home with older kids.
🐾 Will be a fantastic companion with some guidance, he’s got tons of potential!
🐾 He is likely dog-friendly too, but a meet and greet would be ideal to make sure!

These two were found together, huddled in the woods by a river, and have been inseparable ever since. For their happiness, they would really thrive if adopted together! 🥰

Super excited to host!

Please join us on Saturday, August 10th from 1-3 p.m. at Roo's Holistic Pet Supplies for an adoption event!! Partnering with other businesses for a great cause is something we are very excited about!! We will have several MACS dogs there looking for their forever homes!! Adoption fees are just $20!! This includes prior spay/neuter, UTD vaccines, heartworm test, and a complimentary wellness exam with a participating Veterinarian. We have so many wonderful dogs who would love nothing more than to find their forever home!! Meet and greets are required if there are other dogs in the home. Steen Pet Services will also be there offering $15 nail trims (including dremel) for anyone with dogs in need of a quick nail trim!! We hope to see you there!! Please share!!!!

Ben was a dog we pulled off the euthanasia list. He was overwhelmed in the shelter and had very poor manners. As soon as we removed him from the hectic environment, we were able to see how smart and well mannered this boy could be! He needs some help now. Even if it is just $1, your donation will help get Ben the surgery he needs. We had no idea he would need this surgery when we took him and neither did his new owner. This boy deserves to feel good.

Friends, family, animal lovers of any kind, our community needs you. Several areas in and around Delaware County were recently hit with a nasty storm, tornadoes, hail damage, etc. Many community members have stepped up to help the humans, but we have a lot of displaced/suffering pets as well. Families are struggling with the damages right now and have lost so much. Please consider donating to our fundraiser to provide pet food and supplies to any families affected by the storm damage. We are also taking donations of pet bowls of any size, leashes and collars of any size, and blankets of all sizes to pass out with pet food. We have donations coming in from several brands we carry and we will post those as they come in! Please consider helping our community! Share this post!

This is one of the more difficult posts I’ve created. We’ve had tragedy strike close to home, and we are hoping that our community can pull together to help. As some of you have seen we have suffered a huge loss. We are heartbroken to learn about our beloved friend Margaret’s passing. Margaret worked with me at American PineAcre Kennels for a few years and we spent many long days together. She was always ready to jump in and help and could make us all laugh while we were in the thick of it. When we first started creating Roo's Holistic Pet Supplies, she was one of the employees that helped set it up in the very beginning stages. She knew many people in the dog community. There was no doubt that she loved animals. She was very passionate about her fur children and loved everyone’s pets. My last full conversation with her was just a couple of weeks ago, when she was updating me on her dogs. She was so proud of the progress they’ve had, and you could feel all the love she had for her animals. When she passed, we wanted to help, and we all wanted to make sure the pets were taken care of, we knew that would be her biggest wish. I feel most of us can relate to this wish, because that would be one of my biggest worries is what will happen to my furbabies when that time comes? Life is too short, and often throws curveballs you’d never anticipate. In lieu of a memorial or flowers, Margaret’s request is that everyone donate at Roo’s to go towards her pet’s care. We want to make sure we can do everything possible to make sure her friends and family never have to worry about providing for her animals. We are asking everyone to share, and if you knew her, share a story or memory about her, and if you can donate, please note that is for Margaret. I am including her obituary, and links that you can donate through paypal or venmo. You can also stop into Roo’s Holistic Pet Supplies and donate in person.

Meet Nigel, the most purr-fect gentleman you'll ever meet!😻

Nigel is a ten-year-old, fancy cat who is looking for his forever home. Nigel had a large tumor on his neck, but it has been removed and he is now feeling much better! A huge thank you for all the help Muncie Animal Care & Services provided for him during his time with them. ❤

Nigel is a very loving and affectionate cat. He loves to get attention and will bump his body against your hand for more. He also makes biscuits like a champion!
