Our community is a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility are determined by government regulations. Cambridge Square provides well maintained, beautifully landscape grounds and profe

ssional on-site office and maintenance service teams. We offer several community amenities; including BBQ/picnic area, laundry facilities on site, as well as a Service Coordinator. The apartment homes feature spacious closets, semi-fenced in patios and several paid utilities.

We are now accepting Section 8 waitlist applications for our 1 bedroom apartment homes designed for those 62 years of age or older, or disabled persons. Applications will be accepted 24/7 online via our website. Applications will be accepted in our leasing office every Monday and Friday between the hours of 1pm-4pm. Applications will be accepted until further notice.
