Happy FriYAY to all my friends! 🐾💗 I thought I would stop in and tell a little bit about this sweet girl 🐶

She might look a little familiar and that is because she is the one on the front of our treats! That’s right, this is our Head Treat Taster & the whole reason I started this business, Diamond! She is a full blooded American Pitbull Terrier & will be 5 years old on December 11th. She is the biggest cuddle bug you will ever meet & loves to keep you warm. ❤️ She gets so excited meeting new babies & small dogs. I always call her the ‘welcoming committee’ because she doesn’t know a stranger. 🤣 I would love to be able to bring her to the markets with me but she would get so excited and lick someone’s face off 😅 I started making treats and birthday cakes for her and now I share with everyone else’s fur babies, don’t worry she doesn’t mind sharing her treats! 🐶💗🐾❣️

🐾 On October 26, we will be hosting a LIVE adoption event where local pet projects will set up booths with pups available for adoption. We will also have local pet businesses with booths to shop! This is a pet friendly, people friendly event!

Get your pups some fresh treats, chat with local groomers, get discounted nail trims, purchase your 2025 calendar, and take pictures with your pets & your Carmel Firefighters!

We’ve been going to farmers markets since 2019! Not only have we built amazing relationships with our customers & their fur babies, but we have created life long friendships with other vendors. ❤️❤️❤️

Today Kelci Wright from Firm Root Farm surprised us with the sweetest gift ever for our little boy!! We are so grateful for all the love & support we’ve gotten since finding out we are expecting & can’t wait to see our little boy love the farmers markets as much as we do! 🙏🏼❤️💙🥰😍

The Fishers Farmers Market presented by IU Health begins tomorrow May 4th from 8AM-12PM at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater.

This is Abby. Abby was someone’s dog who moved off and left her. Their neighbor took her in, and just 36 hours later, Abby gave birth to TEN puppies. When the puppies were 3 weeks old, Abby’s new dad contacted ARF. He needed help. In between jobs, he didn’t have extra money to take care of the puppies now that they were transitioning to food and wanting to explore more. We didn’t have room. But we didn’t say no. We explained our predicament. And we came up with a plan. We ran him over royal canin puppy food, lots of extra blankets and towels, a crate, canned food, and toys. Then we got to work. We networked and found a rescue that would take them when they were old enough to leave mom. So we talked to dad again, and in the week that it took for us to work this all out, we had some adoptions and offered to take the puppies and mom until puppies could go to rescue and mom could be spayed. He happily agreed, since ten puppies now walking all over the house were getting hard to keep up with. The puppies went to rescue last week, and mama was spayed Monday and returned to dad this past Wednesday along with treats and several bags of dog food. Abby couldn’t stop wagging her tail when we pulled up to her house. Abby will now be able to just be a pet. No puppies ever again, and the puppies all have a chance to find wonderful homes and will all be spayed and neutered. I tell you this story so you understand we will always try our best. We may not be able to take every single animal right that very second every single time we get a phone call. But if the finder or owner is willing to work with us, we will always try our best to find a solution even when we are full.
