There has been lots of love here at Emerald Paws! So we are taking a moment to tell you what we love about our careers:

Christian- “I love getting to work one on one with pets. It’s so fun and rewarding to see their personalities truly shine through during a grooming session. You get to see how an animal is truly feeling.”

Zoe- “I love grooming in a one on one setting. The low stress for the pets allows me to not only deliver excellent grooming services, but also provides a great environment for building a trusting relationships with clients and their pets!”

The Emerald Paws Team is delighted to confirm that we have relocated to our new grooming parlor. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care for Muncie's pets. Our new location provides a safe, secure, and picturesque environment, with only minor decorative work remaining. We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to our friends, family, and valued clients, whose unwavering support has been crucial in making this transition a success. Your loyalty and trust are truly appreciated, and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your pets.

Our new address is 121 North High Street, Muncie Indiana.

Please note our doors will remained locked while we are servicing our beloved fur clients, as it allows us to provide our undivided attention and care. We are figuring out logistics with a buzz style door lock in the future.

Hello Fur family! The season for giving is here, and we invite you to join us in spreading love and kindness to those in need. We are currently running a pet food donation drive through the month of December, and your generosity will bring joy and nourishment to families and pets in our beloved Muncie community. If you’d like to donate, feel free to stop by the shop and drop off any dog, puppy, cat, or kitten food. We are also accepting donations for cat litter, dog toys and treats, and cat toys and treats. Your kindness will make a tangible difference in the lives of others, and we thank you in advance for your compassion and support.

Three Significant Developments to Enhance Your Pet's Grooming Experience!

1. Emerald Paws Pet Grooming Parlor prioritizes personalized grooming experiences, fostering trust between pets and groomers. To expand this service, we welcome Zoë Buis, a skilled dog and cat stylist, to our team. Having previously worked with and trained Zoë, I confidently attest to her kindness, gentleness, and exceptional talent. As a pet owner herself, Zoë is dedicated to improving the lives of the animals in her care. Zoë is now accepting new clients; schedule appointments via text, call, or online request. Her schedule opens on November 12, 2024.

2. Effective January 1, 2025, Emerald Paws will relocate to 121 North High Street in downtown Muncie. This strategic move enables us to explore offering retail grooming supplies and expanded services in the future, building upon the success of our current location.

3. We are introducing a new booking system, featuring automatic appointment reminders. While most information will be transferred from our existing system, we may require additional details during your next visit. Digital release forms will be signed once during your next appointment.
