Two significant announcements from Emerald Paws Pet Grooming Parlor:
1. The parlor will be closed from August 24th, 1 p.m., until August 28th, 9 a.m. During this time, all calls, texts, and voicemails will be unanswered until the parlor reopens on Wednesday.

2. Due to an overwhelming demand, new client appointments are temporarily suspended until Mid-October/Early November. However, you may still leave a voicemail, complete an online request form, or send a message to have your furry friend added to the new client waitlist. Rest assured that all previously submitted grooming requests will be promptly addressed. If you already have an appointment you’re all set to go. Thank you for your understanding and support.

However, I am no longer accepting New Saturday Only Availability clients, as my Saturdays are now dedicated to regular and rotating schedule clients. To accommodate those who work Monday to Friday, I am extending my Wednesday business hours from 10am to 7pm starting August 28th. Thank you for understanding!

Dear Pet Parents,

I would like to take a moment to share the heartfelt story behind Emerald Paws and how it came to be. It all began with my beloved dog, Ace, a shelter rescue who spent over 600 days waiting for a forever home. Ace, older and completely black with some skin issues, was often overlooked by adopters visiting the shelter. However, when Ace finally joined our family, he seamlessly integrated into our lives. He was already trained and housebroken, and it felt as though he had always been a part of our family.

Ace thrived in our home, but there was one thing he couldn't tolerate: being confined in a kennel. During my tenure at a corporate grooming salon, I would bring Ace along on bath days, where he had to endure periods of kenneling amidst the noise and commotion of a bustling salon filled with over 15 dogs at once. It was clear that Ace found this environment stressful.

This experience with Ace became the cornerstone of Emerald Paws Pet Grooming Parlor. Our mission is to provide a serene, kennel-free space for dogs, particularly those like Ace who thrive in a calm and soothing environment. Unfortunately, Ace did not live to see Emerald Paws come to fruition; we lost him to a sudden illness at the end of March. However, his spirit lives on in every aspect of my parlor, from his portrait in my lobby to his presence in my logo, and most importantly, in the compassionate practices I uphold in my daily care of pets.

At Emerald Paws, I am dedicated to providing a grooming experience that prioritizes your pet's comfort and well-being above all else. I understand the unique needs of each pet, and I strive to create an environment where they feel safe, loved, and respected.

Thank you for entrusting me with your pets and for being a part of our journey. Together, we honor Ace's memory by continuing to uphold the values that he inspired.
