A big congrats to our riders this past weekend!
🌟OLIVA POPE and Michelle got CHAMPION in the 2’ Opportunity Hunter and RESERVE CHAMPION in the Beginner Rider Hunter 2’!
🌟PURSUIT and Amanda got CHAMPION in the Child/Adult 3’ Hunters and 6th in the $5,000 Nancy Whitehead Hunter Derby!
🌟SERGENT PEPPER and Emma for RESERVE CHAMPION in the Limit Equitation!
🌟SERGENT PEPPER and Megan also secured some 1st in the .65 and .75 Jumpers!
🌟RICO and McKenzie got CHAMPION in the Novice Child/Adult Hunter!
🌟STARLET and Cat had some amazing rounds in the Limit Equitation and Novice Child/Adults and had blast in the $5,000 Nancy Whitehead Hunter Derby!
🌟BRIDLEWOOD’S CLASS ACT and Cat participated is their first horse show together and on the grass with some great rounds in the 2’ Hunters!
🌟BRIDLEWOOD’S CLASS ACT also teamed up with Sophie for her very first horse show ever! The finished with a 3rd and 4th in the Ground Poles W/T and O/F!

We are so proud of our CRS and Forest Hill Farm riders! Another great show in the books!

What a great weekend all the riders had at Lamplight Equifest Week II!

🌟PICO CABALLO and Tiana scored some great ribbons in the Low Adult Hunters!
🌟SIGNATURE and Molly Mcadow took home 1st in the Green Hunter Challenge. SIGNATURE and Alyssa also earned with Reserve Champion in the Adult Hunter 36 & over as well as 3rd in The League/WIHS/NAL Adult Classic.
🌟PURSUIT and Amanda also had had some lovely rounds taking 1st and 3rd in O/F in the Adult Hunters 18-35 on Sunday and finishing 6th in The League/WIHS/NAL Adult Hunter Classic.
🌟PHOEBE and Emma had some swift rounds in the Puddle Jumpers this week!
🌟STARLET and Cat finished 8th in the Bit O' Straw 2'6 Hunter Derby!
🌟QUASI-ABKE and Kendall not only their first horse show as a new team but claimed Champion in the Low Adult Hunters and and 9th in the Bit O' Straw 2'6 Hunter Derby!

CRS and our fellow teammates at Forest Hill Farm had another great weekend at Lamplight!
🌟PHOEBE and Emma had some great rounds and got 6th in the $1,000 Puddle Jumper Classic!
🌟RICO and McKenzie making their first debut and earning Reserve Champion in the Equitation 11 & Under and 1st place in the $750 Tiny Bit O' Straw Derby!
🌟STARLET and Cat earning 4th in The League Children's Pony Classic and 2nd in the $750 Tiny Bit O' Straw Derby!
🌟SIGNATURE and Ryan Sassmannshausen earning 2nd in the $1,000 USHJA 3'/3'3 Green Hunter Incentive and Green Hunter Challenge. Also earning 3rd in the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby. SIGNATURE and Alyssa also had great ribbons in the Adult Hunters and ended with 2nd in The League/WIHS/ NAL Adult Hunter Classic!
🌟PURSUIT and Amanda also having some great rounds in the Adult Hunters and earned 7th in The League/WIHS/NAL Adult Hunter Classic!

To whom it may concern,

This is Otto's elderly, Korean war veteran owner. He sits and looks out the window every single day. He talks to Otto and he talks to his wife of 59 years that he lost in February. It is heartbreaking to hear him asking God why he had to take so much from him and did God think he wasn't taking good care of Otto. It is heartbreaking to hear him asking Otto if he has a good place to sleep and if he gets enough food to eat and enough water to drink.

If you have Otto please, please give him back. There are no questions asked. We are sure you probably thought he was a stray because he did not have a collar on. Rest assured he was not, he was a beloved pet and sidekick. Dad still sets aside some of his dinner incase Otto comes home.

If you see that your neighbor has Otto, or you see someone walking him please call the police or call us at 708-921-9781 and we will get him. You don't have to be involved and you WILL get the reward money.

Please don't call with prank calls, or stage a mauling and scream into the phone. Please don't call and say you ate Otto or you ran him over with your car or any other horrible thing you can think of. We have gotten enough of those calls. They don't stop. We need a good call.

Again - no questions asked, and there is a REWARD. It's dad's birthday next week and getting Otto back would be the best present he could get.

Shoutout to our riders at CRS and friends at Forest Hill Farm for a great week at Lamplight!
🌟Amanda and Pursuit took home the win in the Adult Hunter Undersaddle and scored an 84 in the classic round ending with 5th in the classic overall. Pursuit also took home CHAMPION in the Performance Hunter 3'3!
🌟Tiana and Dubai got RESERVE CHAMPION in the Modified Adult Hunters. Dubai also took home RESERVE CHAMPION in the Green Hunter 3'3 and 4th in the National Hunter Derby!
🌟Alyssa and Signature were CHAMPION in the Modified Adult Hunters. Signature also took home CHAMPION in the Green Hunter 3' and 6th in the National Derby!
🌟Cat and Starlet took home some top ribbons in the Short Stirrup Hunter!
🌟Cat and Wonderland took home RESERVE CHAMPION in the Short Stirrup Cross Rails!
🌟Em and Match Play had some super rounds in the jumpers and ended with 7th in the Puddle Jumper Classic!
So proud of everyone and looking forward to the next show!

Country Ridge Stables has stalls available for riders looking for a stable that offers a friendly atmosphere along with impeccable horse care. Our experienced grooms work diligently to keep your horse comfortable in a spacious 12x12 stall that is cleaned 2x/day. Therapeutic comfort mats and automatic waters are in each stall. To help keep your horse in top health we use a custom blend of Tribute grain and quality grass hay that we feed 3x daily. Despite the cold and snow outside, we have 6 all-weather paddocks so your horse can enjoy the outdoor fresh air year round, but also a heated 80x200 arena that makes riding much more enjoyable for hands and hooves. Our stable area is heated as well. In warmer weather, our facility has available 7 additional pasture turnouts and a large 75x225 outdoor arena. Individual tack lockers are available for each boarder to store their belongings. Relax in either one of our comfortable heated and air conditioned viewing or Clubroom. Our facility is equipped with security, fire, and video monitoring and has on site staff. We offer full service boarding with training. They accommodate riders from beginners to higher-level hunter/jumper experience. We also offer extra perks to excel your horses training like treadmill, cold laser therapy, and magna wave therapy that can help improve the health of your horse overall.
