A friend's post reminded me that we should talk about this more!

Yes, our products can be frozen! We freeze our cinnamon rolls, waffles and pancakes, English muffins, and loaves of bread often. So if you're on the fence about ordering for Sunday or Monday, do it! Just freeze the items in freezer safe bags, and take them out the night before you need them.

❄️English Muffins: Take out of freezer and refrigerate until the morning. When ready, use a fork to cut the English muffin open. This preserves the nooks and crannies. Toast and enjoy with butter, jam, or make a yummy breakfast sandwich!

❄️Loaves of Bread: Take your loaf out of freezer and leave it in your desired bag overnight, left on the counter to thaw since it's larger and will take longer. When ready, run the loaf under cool water for a few seconds. Reheat in the oven/toaster oven/convection oven on 350 for about 8 minutes or until desired crustiness/color.

❄️Cinnamon Rolls: Individual rolls- Reheat at 350 for 3-5 minutes in a convection oven/oven/toaster oven. Whole Pack- Place the rolls and their attached parchment paper on a sheet tray and bake on 350 for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through/to your liking. Add icing after heating.

Preorder now for orders the week of Christmas. Pick ups will be Sunday, December 22nd and Monday, December 23rd.

Deliveries will be $3 flat per order and per stop, within six miles of our location. Preorders require 50% deposit via Zelle or PayPal which is applied to your order upon receipt. Deposit is lost if orders are not picked up on the date specified. If your order can be sold to someone else, we may apply your deposit to your future order within six months of deposit payment.

Shipping for edible goods is not available at this time. However, we have Personal Care Items available for shipping. Please message for details.

As a reminder, we use our own elderberries, local honey which is currently Leider's Local Honey , organic ginger root, organic cloves, organic ceylon cinnamon, and filtered water.

Happy Cyber Monday, Friends! We are back with a Cyber Monday Deal. This week we will be making more Elderberry Syrup, in 4oz amber glass jars with airtight lids for $13 each. Today only, order 3 and get the 4th for $6, for a total savings of $7.

Deal of the day: Preorder three 4oz jars of Elderberry Syrup and receive the fourth for $6! That's a savings of $7. Deal good through Sunday, December 1st, 2024 at 11:59pm Central.

Our Elderberry Syrup is made using local honey, elderberries from our own property, organic ginger, organic cloves, and filtered water. These have no preservatives and settling is normal, so don't forget to Shake Shake Shake it Before you Take it, and keep it refrigerated. We bottle them in 4oz amber glass jars with airtight lids.

Elderberry Syrup is great for building and maintaining immunity, especially during these cold months.

Well that's a wrap on Thanksgiving orders!

17 batches of cinnamon rolls, 18 batches of icing, six loaves of sourdough, four loaves of cranberry pecan, two loaves of walnut raisin, two batches of English muffins... and A PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE 🤣

All of that and I got one good photo! Oof, I'm tired! Happy Thanksgiving, all! 🦃🍂🍁🤎🧡💛
