Completely unrelated to this business, but Erin will be competing in an amateur chili cook off on Saturday, January 18th at Tighthead Brewing in Mundelein if anyone wants to join us!

Proceeds go to the Tool Library of Lake County
Entry fee to have your chili in the cook off is $5
Tastings fee is $4 for adults and $2 for children
Winner receives entry fees
Two bands and drinks available as well!

A friend's post reminded me that we should talk about this more!

Yes, our products can be frozen! We freeze our cinnamon rolls, waffles and pancakes, English muffins, and loaves of bread often. So if you're on the fence about ordering for Sunday or Monday, do it! Just freeze the items in freezer safe bags, and take them out the night before you need them.

❄️English Muffins: Take out of freezer and refrigerate until the morning. When ready, use a fork to cut the English muffin open. This preserves the nooks and crannies. Toast and enjoy with butter, jam, or make a yummy breakfast sandwich!

❄️Loaves of Bread: Take your loaf out of freezer and leave it in your desired bag overnight, left on the counter to thaw since it's larger and will take longer. When ready, run the loaf under cool water for a few seconds. Reheat in the oven/toaster oven/convection oven on 350 for about 8 minutes or until desired crustiness/color.

❄️Cinnamon Rolls: Individual rolls- Reheat at 350 for 3-5 minutes in a convection oven/oven/toaster oven. Whole Pack- Place the rolls and their attached parchment paper on a sheet tray and bake on 350 for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through/to your liking. Add icing after heating.

Preorder now for orders the week of Christmas. Pick ups will be Sunday, December 22nd and Monday, December 23rd.

Shipping for edible goods is not available at this time. However, we have Personal Care Items available for shipping. Please message for details.

These have no preservatives and settling is normal, so don't forget to Shake Shake Shake it Before you Take it, and keep it refrigerated. We bottle them in 4oz amber glass jars with airtight lids.
