IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT for Shear Paradise Pet Salon Customers!!
Dear Valued Clients,
I am writing to share an important and heartfelt announcement. I’ve made the very difficult decision to step down as the owner of Shear Paradise Pet Salon and will be leaving the salon at the end of this year. I want you all to know that this decision comes from a place of love and a need to focus on the next chapter of my life.
Shear Paradise has been my passion, my home, and a place where I’ve had the honor of caring for your beloved pets and forming lifelong relationships with so many of you. I am deeply grateful for the trust, loyalty, and kindness you’ve shown me over the years. It has truly been the privilege of a lifetime.
With that said, I am pleased to announce that ownership of Shear Paradise Pet Salon will be transferred to someone who knows the business, the clients, and the pets better than anyone:
our dedicated office manager, Kayla Elser.
Kayla has been an essential part of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership, compassion, and commitment to keeping the salon running smoothly.
I have complete confidence that she will continue the level of care and service you’ve come to expect. This transition ensures that the salon will remain the warm, welcoming place it has always been. You can expect the same team, the same quality, and the same love for your pets—just under Kayla’s capable guidance.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to serve you and your furry family members for more than two decades. I will always cherish the memories, the stories, and the joy your pets have brought into my life.
