We would like to thank all of our awesome clients for your patience through this crazy winter and busy spring! Between emergencies, weather delays, the usual herd work, and some odd cases, things got hectic! Now on to some summertime fun while praying for rain to keep our pastures and hay fields growing.

We are in the heart of ultrasound season!

You can get a lot of information by using an ultrasound to preg check your cattle. Ultrasounding is most useful during the first 30 - 90 days of gestation. This is when we get the best images and measurements of the fetus. One of the most common ways we use this information is to use the size of the fetus to determine when the cow/heifer was bred and give the owner an approxomate due date so that they can better sort their herd during calving season.
