Santa is making a special visit from the North Pole to BLWA for pet pictures on Saturday, December 14th!☃️

Here are the details:

WHERE: BLWA Lobby
WHEN: Saturday, December 14th
TIME: 8:00am - 1:00pm
WHO: Anyone who wants to see or take pictures with Santa (Adults, children and animals..)

No appointment will be needed for pictures and they will be free! You will need to bring your own phone/camera.

Update: Gray kitten has found his home. Others are still available 😻

Hi BLWA family! We’ve got three beautiful kittens that are ready for a new home! The kittens were found in a dumpster and have worked hard to get where they are now.

Grey kitten: This sweet lovable boy we call Thompson (Tom for short). He loves all things food and will come running for a Churu. He is extremely soft and fluffy. Tom is still a little shy but is warming up to people and cuddles.

Black and white: Probably the sweetest girl you will ever meet. We have brought her in rooms with us when cleaning and she will just sit there and monitor everything we do. This girl will come RUNNNING for a churu or wet food. Her favorite spot to be scratched is right behind her ears and has a motor for days! She will let you know when she expects to be fed 😉

Torti: We call this cute girl Catness. Catness is still warming up to people but is now starting to eat Churu out of our hands. Catness will need to go to an experienced cat home who will be willing to work with her on coming out of her shell. We believe once she gets to her forever home it won’t take her long at all to open up.

All cats are negative for leukemia and aids, have been dewormed and are negative for worms at their most recent exam.

They need one more round of FVRCP, Leukemia, and Rabies.

This beautiful girl's name is Willow and she's looking for her perfect forever home.

Miss Willow is a 10 month old super sweet and snuggly girl who has lots of love to give. She is spayed and current on her vaccines. She does well with other dogs and with kids too. Such a good girl!

We know she will make the perfect companion for some lucky person. If you are interested in adopting Willow or have any questions please reach out to Alex at 615-495-9909.

Hi BLWA Family, We need your help!❤️

This is Leo. He is a neutered male with short orange hair, beautiful green eyes, and a fluffy belly. He has neat freckles on his lips, nose, and eye lids. He has an immune disease called Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which he could have been born with or an animal that had this could have passed it onto him when he was younger. He has received his updated shots here at BLWA!

His favorite hobby is eating! His favorite is Purina with the lady on the bag and he also enjoys snacks too. He is the sweetest and most loving cat in the world. He always enjoys running up to people when he sees them. He thoroughly enjoys having his head rubbed and his back petted. He loves to lounge around on the patio. He doesn't wander off.

About a year ago, he found his temporary family during the winter when it was freezing cold and he was very hungry. So, they started feeding him and that was that. He has lived outside alongside another male cat whom he has become buddies with. The vet suggested that he needs to live indoors where he can be protected from the elements to stay healthy.😇
