❄️Updated Business Hours for Thursday, February 20th❄️

We are planning on opening at 9:00 am and closing at 4:00 pm tomorrow, Thursday, February 20th.

We suspect the roads will still be slick in some areas and we want to give our staff plenty of daylight hours to commute to and from work.

❄️ Winter Weather Update ❄️

We plan on being open today but with limited hours. We will open at 8:00 am and plan to close at about 4:00 pm.

This will allow us to keep our staff safe and also take care of the babies that need us today.

❄️Hello BLWA Family!❄️

We are sure you've all heard by now that we may be expecting some snow tonight.

Since we won't know what that looks like until tomorrow (Wednesday) morning we currently aren't sure if we will need to adjust our business hours or not, but we wanted to give you a heads up just in case we do. We plan to assess things in the morning and possibly adjust our hours in accordance with keeping our staff and clients safe.

If you have an appointment tomorrow and we do need to close or shorten our hours we will reach out to you via our texting platform to let you know and get your appointment rescheduled.

Any adjustments to our hours will be posted here so stay tuned for updates!

In order to keep our staff, our clients and their pets safe we have decided to CLOSE Saturday, January 11th.

If you had an appointment scheduled for Saturday you should have received a communication from us about getting that rescheduled.

Santa is making a special visit from the North Pole to BLWA for pet pictures on Saturday, December 14th!☃️

WHO: Anyone who wants to see or take pictures with Santa (Adults, children and animals..)

No appointment will be needed for pictures and they will be free! You will need to bring your own phone/camera.

Update: Gray kitten has found his home. Others are still available 😻

Hi BLWA family! We’ve got three beautiful kittens that are ready for a new home! The kittens were found in a dumpster and have worked hard to get where they are now.

Grey kitten: This sweet lovable boy we call Thompson (Tom for short). He loves all things food and will come running for a Churu. He is extremely soft and fluffy. Tom is still a little shy but is warming up to people and cuddles.

Black and white: Probably the sweetest girl you will ever meet. We have brought her in rooms with us when cleaning and she will just sit there and monitor everything we do. This girl will come RUNNNING for a churu or wet food. Her favorite spot to be scratched is right behind her ears and has a motor for days! She will let you know when she expects to be fed 😉

Torti: We call this cute girl Catness. Catness is still warming up to people but is now starting to eat Churu out of our hands. Catness will need to go to an experienced cat home who will be willing to work with her on coming out of her shell. We believe once she gets to her forever home it won’t take her long at all to open up.

All cats are negative for leukemia and aids, have been dewormed and are negative for worms at their most recent exam.

They need one more round of FVRCP, Leukemia, and Rabies.

This beautiful girl's name is Willow and she's looking for her perfect forever home.

Miss Willow is a 10 month old super sweet and snuggly girl who has lots of love to give. She is spayed and current on her vaccines. She does well with other dogs and with kids too. Such a good girl!

We know she will make the perfect companion for some lucky person. If you are interested in adopting Willow or have any questions please reach out to Alex at 615-495-9909.
