We’re all enjoying this awesome warm weather… and guess who else is celebrating? FLEAS.🎉🪲
Yep—those tiny troublemakers thrive when temperatures rise, and they don’t take a break just because it *feels* like flea season should be over.

🐶🐱 Reminder:Your pet needs flea prevention year-round to stay protected. Fleas can cause itching, skin infections, allergies, and even transmit disease—and once they’re in your home, they’re much harder to evict than a bad houseguest. 😬

The good news? Consistent prevention keeps your pet comfy, healthy, and itch-free no matter the season. If you’re unsure which prevention is best for your pet, we’re always happy to help!

Miss Cassidy is proving that long, spindly legs come with big resilience! 🐾✨

Yesterday, this sweet doodle had a fracture repaired with a plate, and she did wonderfully. The surgery was expertly performed by Tennessee Veterinary Surgical Specialists right here at our hospital, and we’re so grateful to partner with such a talented team in caring for our patients.

Cassidy is resting comfortably and already charming everyone she meets. We’re looking forward to cheering her on as she heals and gets back to life on those fabulous legs of hers! 💙

🎄🐾 **Holiday Heads-Up!** 🐾🎄

From noon on Christmas Eve through Monday morning, we’ll be moving to walk-ins and emergencies only so we can keep space open for pets who need us most during the holiday hustle.

Don’t worry—we’ll be back to wellness appointments on Monday, refreshed and ready to see all those squishy faces again!

Our fantastic team traded scrubs for bowling shoes and enjoyed a fantastic, well-earned holiday party at Strike and Spare! From impressive strikes to plenty of laughs (and maybe a few gutter balls 😉), it was the perfect way to celebrate an incredible year of caring for your pets.

We’re so grateful for this hardworking, compassionate team—and nights like this remind us that they’re just as great off the clock as they are in the clinic. 🐾💙

Just like people, some dogs give birth via C-section when it’s the safest option for mom and babies. From tiny breeds to big litters, this can be a life-saving procedure.

The best part? We provide services for planned C-sections, and emergencies 24 hours a day, because puppies don’t check the clock before arriving 🕒🐶

This sweet little one was delivered via C-section by Dr. Johnson this morning and is already getting lots of love. Welcome to the world, little pup! 🐾💖

🕵️‍♀️🔍 **MURDER MYSTERY AT ANIMAL MEDICAL CENTER!** (…but don’t worry, only our sense of calm was harmed 😆)

We walked in this morning ready for a normal day—and instead were greeted by a *full-fledged whodunit* carefully staged by our mischievous night shift. Clues were scattered throughout the clinic… including one very dramatic clue discovered inside a kennel (our feline “witness” Pineapple is still refusing to comment 😸).

No animals or humans were harmed—just our dignity as we tried to piece together the world’s silliest mystery before coffee kicked in!
