Your dog can’t tell you they’re itchy.
Or uncomfortable.
Or overwhelmed.

But they show it—through chewing, scratching, restlessness, and subtle signs most owners miss.

Spring allergies are more common than you think.
And training plays a bigger role in wellness than you might expect.

A calm, focused dog handles seasonal stress better.
And we can help you build that.

Excellent review by Ann Whitefield, via Google

Highly recommend Sit Means Sit for your dog training needs! We got our new lab when she was already 18 months old and we were unsure about her previous life. She was anxious around strangers and with new situations. Our training with Teddy and Bryce were so effective. They provided a customize training for our needs and for the activities we like to do. So now Birdie is more confident, calm, and obedient. The training had an immediate effect on our relationship with Birdie and we are more confident as dog owners. Suzie checked in with us through out the week to check on our training progress after our private training sessions. And we were able to ask for help at any time. Sit Means Sit was A+ from our first informational visit through each training session. They explained the process and laid out the goals and expectations for each training. Birdie was very comfortable working with Teddy and Bryce! We had an excellent experience with too-notch trainers!! Birdie is all the proof we need to recommend this A++ dog training! Thank you Sit Means Sit!!

Shoutout to one of our long-time clients, Mia and Mom!

Not only did she reach her training goals, but she continues to stay consistent and invested in her dog’s growth. We love seeing that kind of dedication, which is exactly why we offer our lifetime program.

Once you’re in, you’re in for life, no extra fees, no re-signing. Just ongoing support, training, and progress whenever you need it.

That’s the kind of commitment we believe in, for you and your dog!

Easter baskets aren’t just for kids… your dog deserves one too!
But instead of foil wrappers, chocolate, and fake grass (yikes), let’s fill it with things that actually make them healthier and happier:

✅ Frozen lick mats
✅ Fresh strawberries or carrot chews
✅ Solo chill time after all the excitement

Why it matters?
Mental stimulation = a tired, focused dog.
Safe treats = no vet visits.
Structure = calm behavior that lasts.

This is enrichment with purpose.
And it’s exactly what we help dog parents build—during the holidays and every day after.

Overstimulated pup this week? Try this Easter brain game 👇

Sniffing isn’t just cute—it’s mental exercise for your dog.
And the more brainwork they do, the less chaos you deal with later. 💡

Iyla’s sniff game helps her:
✅ Practice impulse control
✅ Burn energy without bouncing off the walls
✅ Stay calm even with all the Easter excitement

How to play:
🥚 Hide treats in a snuffle mat
🎯 Reward calm focus

📩 DM us “CALM” if your dog struggles with energy, focus, or winding down.
We’ll help you turn playtime into peace time. 💛

Just like us, dogs need a reset before a busy week—and Easter can bring a lot of overstimulation: new guests, loud noises, treats everywhere.

That’s why calm time isn’t just self-care… it’s training prep.

💡 A relaxed dog = a more focused, better-behaved dog.

🐕 Drop a 💤 if your pup loves slow Sundays.
💬 Tell us their go-to way to unwind!

— And if calm feels out of reach, don’t stress. We help dogs find balance every day.
