Benji needs emergency placement for medical reasons. He is an adult cat with severe jaundice, anemia and weight loss. He needs an Internal Medicine workup including abdominal ultrasound for a definitive diagnosis but we suspect he has hemolytic anemia. We are treating him for infectious causes of anemia but cannot rule out a bile duct obstruction, hepatitis or hepatic lipidosis.
