This female cat was found at the Saratoga Springs Subdivision on the north side of Wiswell Road on Wednesday, February 12. She is wearing a blue breakaway cat collar. No ID tag. No microchip. LOCATION UPDATE: All three dogs were in the Mt. Olive and Downing Road area on Sunday night. The Great Pyrenees then went home. The Goldens were likely distracted and didn’t notice him leaving. They could have gone in any direction without their leader.

MISSING Two Dogs - Calloway / Marshall line south of Brewers - Saturday, February 8

Seamus and Patrick, 18-month-old Golden Retrievers, went out with the family’s Great Pyrenees on Saturday morning, February 8. The Pyrenees came home but the Retrievers have not. They live at Brewers only 1/4 mile from the Calloway / Marshall County line so could have easily come our way. No collars. No ID tags. No microchips. They are both very sweet but might be skittish to new people. Please contact 270-540-1049 with any information.

FOUND Cat - Sirloin Stockade parking lot - Sunday night, February 9

This lovely female calico and white cat was found injured in the Sirloin Stockade parking lot on Sunday night, February 9 around 10 p.m. No collar. No ID tags. No microchip. She is a good weight and very sweet so we hope her family is missing her. She will be checked out at the vet in the morning. Please message us here with any information. A huge thanks to the closing manager at Sirloin who stayed with her until our volunteer could get there to help. There are so many good animal people in our community and these are two of them!

Please be on the look out for this girl! Super friendly... incredibly skiddish. If seen, take picture, if possible,, note the location and time, and contact 270-227-0889 immediately. There was a possible sighting on Thursday, February 6 at 11 a.m. in Planet Fitness parking lot and she ran towards Big Lots. Think she was sighted last night, Friday, February 7 at 10 p.m. behind Burger Queen running toward Bee Creek. DO NOT CHASE OR TRY TO CATCH!!

Two Yorkies and a Shih Tzu, all seniors, need a foster home! They are between 7 and 9 years old and 16 and 19 lbs. and house trained. They are sweet and well behaved. They were much loved in their home but the owner was no longer physically able to care for them. They can go to fosters separately or together. We’re working on getting them groomed, especially the Shih Tzu, and updating a few items on their vet work so they can go up for adoption ASAP. UPDATE: Please contact Animal Control in Graves County with information and concerns about these dogs. They appear to mostly be Great Pyrenees and mixes and are based in Graves County. Thanks to everyone who helped us with information.

SIGHTING - 11 Dogs - Golo Road at Graves/Calloway Counties line - Thursday morning, February 6 around 7:30 a.m.

This pack of dogs are running around at Graves /Calloway line in the Mt. Olive / Golo Road area. Residents nearby are concerned. Please use caution as dogs with a pack mentality can pose a threat to people and other animals. If you know anything about out these dogs, contact 270-227-7600.

Grape, an indoor kitty, got scared and slipped out the front door of his house near South 6th Street in Murray this morning, Tuesday, February 4. He is black with gray underside and is wearing a purple collar. His mom says he is the sweetest cat in the whole wide world and has never been outside before. Goose: 2 year old adoptableGoose has been enjoying his last couple nights as a soccer girl dog. He has made friends with some of the Murray State WSOC girls and have been very very helpful on getting the girls out for some walks and runs. Goose has met little dogs and let kids pet him on his walks. Even though he would have much preferred to keep walking (he loves being outside) he did enjoy the kids affection.It's Goose's turn for his forever family!
