This post is better late than never, but WOW!....what a great 10th annual weekend! We know we can’t thank every individual sponsor, race team, spectator, “Blue Shirt,” visitor, and participant without accidentally leaving someone off this list, but we can thank our Lord for the wonderful weather and fellowship that was had by all! Thanks so much to everyone who made our 10th annual races a success, and special thanks to Mr. Dillon Miles, our St. Jude/ALSAC representative for attending our St. Jude auction on Saturday night. Our current total (it changes from minute to minute!) for our auction is $65, 207—this is a record, ya’ll!! 😊 Special thanks also go to all those who bid and donated items, and especially to Amy and Shane Lambert and their scores of helpers and volunteers for their donation of $8,500! Thanks also to the faculty and staff of Calloway County High School for their weeks of support and their final total of $4,300! You guys made every late-night baking session so worth the effort! Lastly, thanks so much to Darrel and Dana Beane, Brittany and Jeremy O’Bryan, and Bo and Sally Overcast for being our auctioneers; you guys are consummate professionals, and we appreciate your donated time and patience with our crazy auctions!
