I am a dog mom, as well as a mother of two beautiful girls. I am IPG certified. Pet safety & CPR certified. Boogie owner took my advice and got her some Vetcbd to help with grooming today. She absolutely hates water and being groomed. Today she was a totally different dog and let me bathed her and fully blow dry her. Love it when clients take my advice and make grooming easier for myself and their dogs. 🥹

Meet Akira ! This handsome boy wasn’t ever able to get dry by groomers. He would attack & lunge at the dryer. Which promoted groomers to send him home wet. Now this is not fault of the groomers. Salons aren’t always for every dog. Some dogs need a mobile groomer. They need the one on one attention and no distractions. Sheperd are high energy dogs and this guy is still a baby. I have learned owning my own high strung Pitbull is you can’t excite them so much or make things a game or else they’ll think your playing with them. So going into grooming him I stayed calm and collect the whole time letting him explore the trailer and all the tools I was using. Redirecting him from the dryer to me. He let me dry him and not once tried biting at the dryer he got so comfortable he fell asleep a little being dried. 🐾

Sometimes you have to just get down on the floor with the senior dogs. Tank is 15 years old and her balance isn’t what it use to be but that’s okay she can lean on me for support. 🐾

No longer pregnant and grooming. Welcome Nova Faith Caracosa born April 28th at 8:49pm. 6lbs 20inches. Thank you to all my amazing clients that have been understanding the last week before my maternity leave with having to cancel. Turns out I had preeclampsia and it went undetected and had to be induced early at 38 weeks. I look forward to returning back to work end of June. Please note there will be a few changes once I return back to work.

Puppies first grooms are so important. You want to set them up for success and get them to accept grooming. Max has been getting bathed by his owner only. He had some light matting but his puppy coat is very forgiving right now but in a few weeks it won’t be which is why it’s important that if you are bathing at home you properly dry and line brush. Max was a good boy for his first bath and brush out. He has a lot to learn. Like not jumping out of the tub when bathing, be okay with water on his face, no biting the dryer and no screaming like a wild animal for brushing. 😂 he was like a husky screaming it was quit funny actually. Puppies are like toddlers and have a shirt attention spam for grooming which is why we recommend just doing a bath and brush out their first time and work their way up to a fully body groom.

We love a huskies who loves being groomed. Sassy just falls asleep while being dried.

2021 what a year it had been! this is just a small glimpse into my year being mobile. I am so blessed and thankful for all my clients. 🐾 thank your for allowing me to be your groomer and do what I love. I cannot wait to see what 2022 has in store for us.
