Starting pay: $14 (1/2 hr visit) , $21 (1 hr visit) , $55 (overnight visits)

K-9 Rico, a 3 year old German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, is a police dog with the Westmoreland County Park Police; born in Germany before coming to the United States, where he was trained in tracking, apprehension, gun detection, and explosive detection. Additionally, K-9 Rico and his handler are part of the PA Region 13 Counter Terrorism Task Force.
