The first 50 pets will receive microchips at no cost, and after that, microchipping will be available for a low cost of just $10 per pet!

Every time a rescue is asked to take an owner surrender- we have to somehow make room on our little raft for that dog. When an owner says stuff like “I don’t have time to give them the best life” or “I have to move” or “they have too much anxiety” it really falls flat because that means if we bring them on the raft, another dog out there in the freezing water gets to die.

Every day in rescue we adjudicate life and death by gate keeping who can get on the boat.

Rescues and shelters are the tiny rescue boats.

The ship is our community at large.

The iceberg is comprised of puppy mills, careless owners, backyard breeders, and a$$hats who won’t spay/neuter.

Yes, yes you can! Cats and kittens are still free with an approved application. You get a free exam certificate and even the cat litter is free from World's Best! You CAN afford the cat. They are spayed or neutered and current on age appropriate vaccinations. It's a wonderful value. Saturday hours are 10-2

Friendly reminder don't forget to give your dog monthly flea and tick preventatives! We have seen a significant increase in dogs coming in with fleas. We recommend to have your house sprayed if you are dealing with fleas as a flea bath from us will not solve the problem completely. We recommend The BUG MAN Pest Control, LLC
