Today we want to share some spotlight on our customer service representatives: Sharlett, Katie, and Taelor.
These girls do not have an easy job! From answering phone calls, to getting your questions answered, to filling medications, and handling our schedule so we all have a smooth work flow.
They will always greet you with a smile and positive attitude to welcome you to our hospital no matter what the day has brought on!
They do everything they can to get your pet seen and taken care of.
Working in veterinary medicine is a forever changing career from day to day and these girls take every day and make it great!
We appreciate you girls every day!❤️

Day 4 - Throwback Thursday 90’s day

In today’s spotlight we have our Practice Manager Erica and our Lead Technician Kristen.
These two ladies do so much behind the scenes to keep our clinic running smoothly, and have both been with us for 12+ years now!

Erica does many things here at SAH such as staffing, payroll, ordering, and overseeing the general function of the clinic.

Kristen also does lots here at the clinic such as caring for your fur babies, assigning our daily schedule, assisting in surgery, and occasionally even helping out in reception.

Both of these ladies are the best leaders with the strongest work ethics and we are so thankful for all they do here at SAH! Please give them a shout out if you see them today!

Next up in our spotlight for Staff Appreciation week is our incredible Kennel Techs Hailey and Victoria, and Bre T who is our Hospital Assistant.

These three ladies all do so much here at SAH! Hailey and Victoria can usually be found feeding/ walking our boarders, keeping our hospital clean, watering our beautiful flowers, giving baths, or assisting in the back.

Bre T also helps with these things along with running your pets to the back for things like nail trims, injections, etc.

These are also the ladies who take turns making sure your pets are taken care of over the weekend. If you see one of these staff members today please give them a shout out for all of their hard work!

These girls do so much to be sure your pet is receiving the best care! From getting history in rooms, getting diagnostics samples, assisting with surgeries, filling medications, or just loving on a boarder in the back. We couldn't function without their hard work!

Welcome to Spring🌼 In our area, fleas are a nuisance year round, but with warmer weather our way your furry baby is more at risk of a flea crossing their path! Continue monthly flea/tick prevention to keep them itch free! Enjoy this video of fleas that were hiding out on this baby. (This video was taken during December!)

This could allow respiratory issues and discomfort if it had not been discovered during oral exam.
