of your pet's life. We offer soft tissue surgery, dental cleanings, internal medicine services, and much more all at a reasonable price. We were the first animal care facility in the area to offer therapeutic laser therapy which is a sterile, pain-free, drug-free treatment used to treat a variety of injuries, wounds and more. Our friendly and caring staff will ensure that your pet is comfortable during their appointment. We provide personal attention to all of our clients, and view every patient as if they were part of our own family. Anna graduated in 2024 from the Baker College Veterinary Technology program and has always had an interest in animals. She started working at Faith Animal Care while still in tech school in 2022. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with friends and her cat!

✨Staff Spotlight!✨

Dr. Sedlacek (also goes by Dr. Paul!) graduated from Michigan State University in 1984, then started working for Benson Animal Hospital in Lansing, MI. Subsequently, Dr. Sedlacek was the owner and operator of the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains in NJ for over 30 years. Dr. Sedlacek has a strong interest and years of experience in avian and exotic animal medicine, along with small animal medicine and surgery. Has affiliation with American Veterinary Medical Association, Association of Avian Veterinarians, and Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. He is originally from New Jersey and now has moved to Michigan to be with his grandchildren. Dr. Sedlacek and his wife Christine have five children and seven grandchildren, and a cat named Starfish. In his free time, Dr.Sedlacek likes to stay active, enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, hiking and traveling with family.

Sue graduated from Ross Medical in 1995 and worked in human medicine over the years. Her lifetime love of animals led her to Faith Animal Care in 2022 . When not working she enjoys her house full of pets, being outdoors and deer hunting.

✨Staff spotlight!✨

Emily grew up in the South Haven area and now lives in Spring Lake. Growing up she has been around many animals, which sparked her interest in taking care of animals. She attended Ross Medical Center for a Veterinary Assistant program in 2017/2018, and is now enrolled in Baker College of Cadillac for Veterinary Technology. In her time off, she enjoys riding at Silver Lake Sand Dunes, traveling, camping, fishing and spending time with her friends and family.

✨Staff Spotlight✨

Karen graduated from Baker College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She started out after school working in shelter medicine and then joined Faith Animal Care in September 2020. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, either biking or hiking. Also spending time with her husband, 2 amazing kids, her kitty cat Leo and her Border Collies Sadie and Toby!

Hannah graduated from MCC with her associates degree in 2020 and is in school to become a licensed vet tech. She started her veterinary journey in Arizona where she worked in emergency. She joined Faith Animal Care in October of 2023. She has 2 cats, Kipper and Kodak, and a chihuahua named Tequila. Hannah loves spending time reading and going to the beach with her husband!

Meet Brooke, one of our LVT's! Brooke graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Baker College of Muskegon in 2013. She has worked at multiple clinics and shelters over the years. She joined Faith Animal Care in 2020. Brooke is passionate about senior pet care and loves working with cats as well as fostering kittens. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, taking care of her chickens, watching anime, and camping and fishing with her husband Jimmy and son Noah.

Just a friendly reminder the 4th of July is about a week away! Please remember to get any medications prior for any fireworks or loud noises. We also will be closed on the 4th (Thursday) and re-open on Friday the 5th, with normal business hours.
