Pound Buddies Pound Buddies is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to finding good homes for homeless and abandoned dogs and cats.

Pound Buddies Animal Shelter & Adoption Center is primarily a volunteer organization that relies on donations and adoption fees for its funding. Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all donations to Pound Buddies are tax-deductible.

Meet Charlotte 💕

Charlotte is an adult sweetheart who is ready to trade shelter life for a couch, a family, and plenty of belly rubs. She is spayed, up to date on immunizations, and completely potty trained—the total package!

Charlotte enjoys the company of other dogs, but she prefers her friends on the lower-energy side. She’s much more about calm companionship than nonstop chaos. Her favorite place to be, though, is right by her people. She absolutely loves attention and she’ll happily roll onto her back and proudly present her belly for rubs 🤣

She’s also a smart girl! Charlotte already knows basic commands like sit and shake, and she’s eager to keep learning with someone who will spend time with her.

Goldie is the kind of dog who makes an entrance — she comes hot out of the gate because she’s that excited to see you. But give her about 10 minutes…

She’s a dream on adventures: Goldie loves car rides, walks beautifully in a harness, and truly lives for those slow, sniffy walks where she can take in all the good smells. And let’s be clear — b***y pats are not optional, they are a requirement.

Goldie would be AMAZING as an only dog, but she’s also happy to have dog friends who enjoy a little… enthusiasm. Her play style is best described as WWE energy — so if your dog likes to rumble, Goldie is ready. 💪

Meet Opie 🐾 — the gentle giant your heart has been waiting for.

Opie is an 8-year-old Mastiff with the calmest soul and the biggest heart. Yes, he’s very large… but his love is even larger. He’s a super chill guy who’s happiest just being near his humans, quietly soaking up their presence.

In his kennel, Opie is an absolute gentleman — very clean and content to spend his time snoozing peacefully. He recently went out running errands with a staff member and did amazing in the car, riding like a pro. Even better? He met several kids along the way and loved every second of the attention, leaning into those pets like the sweetheart he is.

💛🐾 Bonded Besties Looking for Their Forever Home 🐾💛

Meet Huck & Finley, an adorable bonded pair of mixed breed cuties (your guess is as good as ours) who are searching for a home where they can stay together — because life is simply better side by side.

Huck (male) is already neutered, microchiped, and up to date on his immunizations! Finley (female) is also up to date on her immunizations! They are estimated to be just over one year. Both walk beautifully on a leash and are a joy to spend time with.

But the very best part about Huck and Finley? Their love for each other.
These two are never more than a foot apart. Whether it’s strolling together or curling up for a nap, they can almost always be found snuggled close, reminding everyone just how special their bond truly is.

3-year-old Husky Mix | Stunning • Smart • Sweet

If you’re looking for a dog who turns heads and steals hearts, Willow is your girl. This gorgeous husky mix is about 3 years old and truly the total package.

Willow walks like an absolute dream on the leash and keeps her kennel spotless — a lady with great manners! She enjoys the company of other dogs and absolutely adores people. She can be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her loving personality shines through.

One thing Willow is very clear about: she LOVES being outside 🌿☀️

If you’ve ever dreamed of a husky mix without all the husky noise… Calista might just be your unicorn. 🦄❄️

Calista is about 1 year old and truly checks all the boxes. She keeps her kennel immaculately clean, walks beautifully on a leash, and absolutely thrives outdoors—especially when there’s snow involved. Watching her enjoy the fresh air is pure joy.

She plays wonderfully with other dogs, has met a cat and did great, and somehow manages to be unusually quiet for a husky mix—no barking, no howling, no typical husky commentary. Just calm, sweet vibes.

Mealtime? Calista is a grazer who knows how to make her food last, adding just another layer to her easygoing personality. She’s gentle, thoughtful, and honestly… just about as perfect as they come.

✨🎄 A Christmas Eve Miracle for Sadie & Bubbles 🎄✨

Some dogs come into your life and steal your heart instantly—Sadie and Bubbles did exactly that with our staff and volunteers. This bonded pair is the definition of better together, and we are hoping their miracle comes in the form of a loving home… together. ❤️

Sadie and Bubbles may be opposites in size—one small, one big—but their love for each other is perfectly matched. They’re constant companions, offering comfort, joy, and laughter just by being side by side.

🐾 Meet the duo:
• Sadie is absolutely hilarious and wonderfully vocal in the best way—she always has something important (and adorable) to say.
• Bubbles balances her out beautifully, and together they make the perfect pair.
• Both are very clean in their kennels
• Both are grazers, not big eaters
