Bronte & I had a great weekend at the ICKC Wild West Classic (Canine Sports Academy, Norman, Okla.) She received her first Major Award (Intercontinental Champion of Champions for 2023). She also received a 1st, 2nd, 2 - 3rd, & 2 - 4th place ribbons in groups.
Thank you ICKC International Dog Shows and Canine Sports Academy for putting on yet another Great Show!! And Thank you to Whitnee Reust @ Paw Spa Elite for doing such a great job grooming my girl. 🥰🐾🐾🐾🐾💕💕💕

I am just so incredibly proud of Bronte!! She just keeps on building more and more confidence and getting better better with each show. This past weekend she placed in every group show. 🥰💕🐾🤩. She’s my Super Star!! 🤩
Oh, by the way, she is #19 on the Top Dog List for 2023 with ICKC (International Canine Kennel Club). And the Top Listed Shiloh on that list.

I am so proud of this girl!! She has come so far from the shy girl she used to be. She’s not completely over it…but she is doing so so much better. Overall, she earned 2 - 4th place ribbons & 1 3rd place ribbon, in group with 8 dogs in the group.
🥰🐾. It definitely was a great day for her.

We also received a visit from Mimi & Bo. No is nearly as big as Bronte already and he’s only 6 months old. 🥰.

First half of day one is finished. Overall , Bronte hasn’t done too bad. She placed 3rd in group in Show #2 out of 8 dogs. 🥰🐾❤️ So proud of her…she has come a long way!

Eevee, Faye (formerly Mary), Cerbie (formerly Esther), and their cousin Beau passed their S.T.A.R Puppy class on Wednesday evening. Eevee left for Vermont Friday morning and is now settling into her new home with her new family. Along with her humans (Fae & Tom) she has two kitty cats to play with (Willow & Pickles).
Sera left the class for her new home in Colorado after the fourth week. So she didn’t complete the class. But she did get a lot of benefit from attending it.

The puppies have now all flown the coop and we are left with our beautiful grown girls…all of them had to come join mom in bed after dropping Eevee off at the airport. I believe they may miss the little half-pint…just a little bit. 🥰. It certainly is a lot quieter around the home front. I’m just so happy & grateful Libby’s first litter have all found wonderful loving homes. 🥰🐾❤️💕🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Libby “Riverwind’s Liberty Belle Sooner” passed her CGC (canine Good Citizen” class. We are so proud of her!!

The puppies started their first puppy training class last night (Polite Puppy @ Canine Sports Academy). Two of the three pups that live near by are in the same class with Eve & Sera (short for Seraphina; formerly Sarah/Yellow). So four of my pups were in the class (Eve, Sera, Faye, & Cerbie). I had my friend Beate & her grandson Lucas handle Eve & Sera while I tried to take pictures. It was a bit of a challenge when everyone was moving around. But I think I got some really good pictures.

Lucas is the best puppy socializer ever. I call him my resident puppy socializer. He has always been happy to come help out every time we have a litter of puppies.

Evey, Sera, Faye, & Cerberus (Cerbie) were also joined by their cousin (who has no name yet)....we'll call him "Red" for now. 🥰 He's two days younger then our pups.

I tried to get tons of photos. I even got some of our instructor (DeAnn) with her little black mini Schnauzer (Ebony) and a few of the other puppies as well. There were 17 puppies in all in the class.

The puppies spent about the last 10-15 minutes of class playing and learning to socialize with each other.

Seraphina Lucia (Sera) will be leaving for Colorado in mid-July.

And just in case anyone wants to know....Evey is still available. 😁🥰 Just sayin.....🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 You know how to get ahold of me if you are interested.

Meet Sooner's Zero Tolerance aka "Zee" (formerly Ruth/purple collar) and her new human Leann MacQuarrie. Zee will be staying local to us here in Oklahoma. I'm so happy at least three puppies out of this litter are staying local. Hopefully we get to see them often. 🥰🐶🐕‍🦺🐾💖

UPDATE: This Beauty Is Still Looking For A Furever Home…If anyone is interested.

This beautiful breed quality female’s name is Eve (Libby:Johnny Cash 2023) and she has such personality. She’s very loving and outgoing and loves to wrestle & play with her sisters, mom & aunties….and anyone else who will pay attention to her. She can definitely have an independent streak about her, and at times can be a bit mischievous. I love that she is happy to entertain herself as well.

Don’t let these pictures fool you…in person her coat appears to be more grey then brown. I believe she will look more like her great grand-dam, Katie from Riverwind Shilohs, when she’s grown.

She’s almost 11 weeks old and weighs just over 23 lbs. Those ears are trying to make their way upward. At times, one will be up and then the other tries to go up. And then they’re down….oh, the teething stage. 😃

Thankfully we’re starting to move past the biting stage. With proper socialization & leadership this girl will make the right family very happy.

Esther found her new family today. Meet Alex & Scotty Beauchamp. Esther will be staying right here in Oklahoma. Basically right down the road from us. So we hope to see her as often as acceptable.
