$29 ADOPTIONS: To commemorate Leap Day, Oklahoma City Animal Welfare is reducing all dog and cat adoption fees to $29 on Thursday, February 29. In addition, dogs 40 pounds and over are eligible for a total fee-waived adoption. All adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. The shelter is located at 2811 SE 29th St. and is open 12pm-5pm Tuesday-Saturday. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. It was absolutely a beautiful weekend. H***h and I enjoyed a couple of walks , and relaxing with a good book.

I am starting to get busy and I am so blessed in regards to business picking up. Jan and Feb are tough months for a pet grooming business in my experience.

I always have a gentle & caring touch for pet's. I use herbal shampoos that don't have much sud~ I don't want sulfates and other yucky fillers in pet shampoo and grooming products I purchase.

Sunday's seem to be my quickest day to fill up. My Sundays are almost completely full for the rest of the month.

🐾She deserved a pamper today. She brings much joy to her family and a facility in Yukon, Oklahoma. She was so sweet and gentle with me. She received a de-shed bath, blow-dry, brush out, ear cleaning, gland expression, and teeth brush w/ breath spray. To finish her spa day off she got a couple spritz of a baby power scent, a bandana and a goodie bag. 🐾

My spoiled hound got to run some errands with momma after a short day @ the pet salon.

Just so you know Dutch Brother's has free Pup cups with treats inside them. Also, if you have never used their app you can download it and get your first drink free. Any size and any drink that you desire on their menu. Each time you go after that they'll scan your QR code when you open up the app each time you go after to earn points.

The last time she was in, she was like half this size. She is a 9.5 month old Great Dane. She will grow even more, the next time I see her! She's a sweetie. I crawled in her kennel with her to help relax her a couple of times. She was anxious about being in our dang ole kennels. She just wanted to get back home to her family. 🐾

Just know your babies are always safe with me!

They bring joy to my spirit! I get to spend quality time with your pets and that brings me joy. I will always send home a pet that may need a little extra help to relax from a Veterinarian. Once that is sorted out, I will rebook your pet and safely groom your babies!
